Exceptional John 🤩
Pros:

We had an excellent dining experience at 100 Sails, made even better by John’s outstanding service. Highly Recommeded to my family and friends.
Pros:

The whole experience was exceptional. The servers Willene and John were very attentive and pleasant to speak to. They were professionals and were hospitable. Will come back again. Food was excellent. Best linguine ever eaten.

Pros:

Great views onto the water. Short walk to Waikiki beach. Room was great.Clean big bathroom. Resort tax was included. Online checkout - no queuing

Cons:

The diamond side the lift up to breakfast smells like diesel.

Weird smell in the hallway on level 27

Pros:

Location is everything!!!! Walking distance from both beaches! Breakfast buffet and dinner was outstanding! Minutes from airport and cruise port! Walking distance from convenience stores or downstairs have a convenience store and picked up some items in there! Staff very friendly and helpful! I had a tasting tour and was very convenient for them to pick me up because the tour was around the corner! Everything worked out more than I could imagine!

Excellent Hotel
Pros:

What an amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome with their warm hospitality and outstanding customer service. the hotel was spotless, beautifully maintained, our room was very spacious, quiet and clean. The highlight of our stay is definitely the stunning infinity pool. The view was absolutely stunning and it was the perfect way to relax, unwind, and watch the sunset, it truly made our vacation feel extra special.

Prince Waikiki Hidden Gem
Pros:

Prince Waikiki is a hidden gem. The hotel is really nice and clean. Service is exceptional. Location is great if you want to be close to Ala Moana and Waikiki without the Waikiki traffic and noise. The Club Lounge is great and the food and service is exceptional. Nagiho from the Club Lounge took care of us during our stay and provided great service.
