Pros:

Funcionários eficientes e prestáveis. A localização é excepcional, não poderia estar mais próximo do que visitar, da paragem do bus expresso ou da recolha e final de passeios organizados.
Bom pequeno almoço. Quartos comfortaveis e com boa regulação da temperatura

Cons:

Não é admissível que não exista informação quando da reserva, de que o hotel se encontra em renovação. Quando se chega de um voo de madrugada se vai dar um passeio até à hora do check-in e por fim se espera puder descansar, o descanso é impossível pelo martelar e brocar constantes até as 19 h

Great choice and exceptional value
Pros:

A superb location close to the waterfront and all main shopping and leisure streets. Fabulous bars and restaurants all very close. A great choice at a very reasonable price with a good hearty breakfast included. Great staff too, very helpful

Cons:

Cold! We had to get a heater from reception as we just couldn’t get the room heating to work

Emplacement central. Accueil chaleureux et possibilité de faire le check-in en avance sans payer de supplément car en début d'après-midi et non le matin.
Hôtel dog friendly avec gamelles et drap fournis à l'arrivée et petit parc avec pelouses à proximité pour une promenade.
Chambre très spacieuse, confortable et bien équipée.
Très bon buffet petit-déjeuner, copieux et varié.
Literie et linge de lit très confortable.

Ci tornerei e consiglio vivamente questo hotel.
Pros:

Collazione eccellente, posizione perfetta. Ristoranti, autonoleggio, bus, zona pedonale, porto, tutto vicinissimo. Staff sempre presente, gentile e accogliente.

Cons:

Riscaldamento non funzionava bene. Comunque ci hanno dato subito una stufetta che riscaldava molto bene.
