Totalmente recomendable
Pros:

Ubicación cercana al centro, sin problemas de tráfico aparcamiento etc. Buena atención e instalaciones. Bar y restaurante en el mismo hotel y también cercanos. Volveré sin duda

De la vista increíble de la muralla de Ávila la vista es esplendorosa y del cuarto donde esta el toilet se aprecia una vista a un puente romano , lugar increíble, en el cuarto superior piso 6 de la suite con hidromasaje.

Decepcionado. Necesita más limpieza y renovar al menos los colchones de las habitaciones.
Pros:

La cafetería estaba abierta a primera hora con personal muy amable y eficiente ( al margen de que hubiera desayuno en el restaurante)

Cons:

La habitación no estaba limpia y faltaba el gel( de hecho encontré un altavoz que algún viajero olvidaría).Las camas eran pequeñas,viejas y muy incomodas.Se que puede ser ajeno al hotel pero había mal olor en todo el hotel.

Habitación años 70.Un horror 😱😱😱😱😱

La ubicación y el personal de recepción,cama bien y buenas toallas

Nos tocó una habitación en la 5 planta sin reformar, entramos directamente en los años 70, moqueta vieja, cortinas rotas,olor a rancio toda la planta, falta iluminación, enchufes a ras del suelo,en el baño ni te ves x la poca luz q además es amarilla,así como el teléfono q ha perdido su color y se ha vuelto amarillo, 📺 muy pequeño,en el techo una cenefa de papel tbn de los 70. Además ni el detalle de tener vista a la muralla.Nada de nada.Un horror...No lo recomiendo a menos que os aseguren una habitación reformada y con vistas.
