For value and cleanliness look elsewhere
Pros:

The property was right off the state highway.

Cons:

The carpets were dirty. The bathroom faucet was broken and water would not switch to shower. Had to ask them to fix it. They dint offer an alternate room. The bath tub was old and paint was peelling off.
On top of this when asked in reception the answer I got was the hotel is old...

One Star Hotel at Five Star Price
Cons:

They charged an outrageous $350/night for at best a 2 star hotel. It was not worth $100/night, but because it was 4 nights over the July 4 holiday, they were able to gouge me. While the sheets were clean and the staff pleasant, the place was otherwise a dump.
* Filthy Pool: The advertised swimming pool is green, cloudy, dirty, and unusable.
* Ventilation: In the bathroom poor ventilation for shower. Was not working and the room was stuffy. Window latch was broken, so could not open window.
* Broken AC: Turned on the AC, which made constant scraping noise like the filter was full. Also, had a musty smell. Had to wear earplugs at night.
* Plumbing Issues: The shower faucet was jammed closed. Finally got it open, but then found out why it was jammed off. It runs/drips constantly. To kill the dripping noise, I placed a wash cloth under the drip. After 1 day there was slight stain and after 3 days, the cloth was badly stained, showing old the pipes are. I immediately purchased water for brushing my teeth.
* No Elevator: When I checked in they put me on the second floor, then told me there is no elevator! I am 75 years old traveling alone and have to haul my own stuff. While they moved me to a first floor room, the point is that for $350/night it was never disclosed that the property has no elevator.
*Shabby: little things like the ice maker in the hall had a filthy towel in front of it.
For $350/night, I had expected a nice resort like hotel, but it was not a one star. Motel 6 is better.

Clean room but poor soundproofing and a disappointing breakfast made for a rough night's sleep.
Pros:

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the pillows were soft. The room also had a fridge, microwave, and TV, although we didn't end up using them.

Cons:

Starting around 5:30 AM, we were woken up by loud noise — the soundproofing in the room is very poor, so you can hear everything happening around. We barely got any sleep. The hairdryer was mounted on the wall but the cord was too short to reach the nearest outlet, so it was unusable. Breakfast was disappointing — a limited selection (eggs with gravy, sausage patties, oatmeal, sweet waffles), everything was barely warm, and the coffee was unpleasant. There was also no bottled water or coffee maker in the room.

Pros:

The beds were comfortable and that's about the only thing that we liked about it.

Cons:

The room was not cleaned well overall. There is a night light in the bathroom that has a strobing effect. Very annoying. The bed skirts did not look clean either.
