Pros:

I had received confirmation before arrival that our rooms would be close to each other, at check-in, I was told that was not the case. I voiced my concern as well as prior confirmations, and it was quickly resolved.

Cons:

Breakfast items ran out quickly and didn't seem to be restocked.

This hotel offered everything we were looking for. The location was perfect.
Pros:

Location was perfect. Room was good size and very clean. Could have used a soft chair or sofa. Staff was attentive. Breakfast was above what most hotels offer. Room rates were the best available. Would stay there again.

Cons:

Only had hard desk chairs to sit on.

When we checked into the room there was 1 towel that was obviously used and not changed.

Pros:

The room had 3 queen beds, convenient location to go sightseeing

Cons:

The ice machine was not working, I had to go next door to get ice, would also be nice if room refrigerator had a place to freeze our ice packs for return home drive

comfortable and well suited for our first trip to Mt. Rushmore and the environs.
Pros:

Fine breakfast. Nothing special...

Cons:

Didn't notice the bit of sidewalk between the parking lot and the gas station next door; maybe it could be painted a bright yellow or something, or removed so that others don't plow into it and need wheel alignment.

Great hotel with nice amenities and friendly staff
Pros:

The location is great. Close to several nearby attractions. The staff at check-in was wonderful. Friendly and helpful. We had a king suite, which was spacious and very clean. Beds and pillows were actually comfortable. That's hard to find at a hotel in my experience. Will definitely stay again when we're in the area.

Cons:

The parking lot is quite small and we had to park in the gas station lot after arriving later in the evening.
