Ambiance très chaleureuse, personnel aimable. Propreté et confort. Buffet riche pour le petit déjeuner.

Everything and the staffs are amazing, they are so helpful and supportive. The breakfast is good, the area is nice, many restaurants and cafes around. Very convenient for shopping...Overall it is excellent. I would like to thank the whole staff.
I stayed this hotel in second times, because it located very nice place. It's near from Taksim square, from metro, from tram and from airport express bus station. Good room, good breakfast.

El alojamiento está ubicado cerca de la plaza de Taksim y de la parada de autobús al aeropuerto.
La habitación tenía un olor muy fuerte a tabaco. No era un olor ligero que pudiera pasarse por alto; estaba muy presente en toda la habitación y resultaba realmente desagradable.
Yo tengo bastante sensibilidad al humo del tabaco y durante la noche acabé con los ojos muy rojos y la nariz muy irritada. Además, el olor estaba tan impregnado en la habitación que al día siguiente mi ropa apestaba a tabaco. Durante el día había salido a la calle y no había estado en ningún sitio de fumadores. Al volver por la noche dejé la ropa en la habitación y, cuando la cogí al día siguiente, había adquirido un fuerte olor a tabaco simplemente por haber estado allí.
También me llamó mucho la atención el detector de humo de la habitación, ya que no se veía ninguna luz indicadora y no pudimos comprobar que estuviera funcionando correctamente. Con el olor a tabaco que había en la habitación, creo que es algo que el hotel debería revisar seriamente.
En general, me parece inaceptable pagar por una habitación y encontrarte con estas condiciones. Una habitación debería estar limpia, sin olores de tabaco y con los elementos básicos de seguridad en perfecto estado.
Una pena, porque una estancia que debería haber sido agradable terminó siendo bastante incómoda. Espero que el hotel revise este tipo de situaciones para que no vuelva a ocurrir con otros huéspedes.
Personnel poli, hôtel et chambre propre, lit confortable, très centre ville.
Bruits de la rue et des autres chambres (claquement des portes des chambres voisins, alarme incendie un soir a 2 h), climatisation d'un bâtiment l'extérieur bruyant et des odeurs persistantes du kebabs d'un restaurant en bas remontaient directement par la fenêtre.

The location was perfect, with easy access to all forms of public transport nearby. The accommodation was very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly.
The best aspects were the cleanliness of the room, the friendly and smiling staff, and the wide variety of breakfast options.
