Nice hotel with excellent staff
Pros:

I was initially worried that the hotel was in a residential area outside the city. However, getting around could not have been easier as there are frequent buses outside the hotel and an underground station 5 minutes walk away. Would also suit anyone with a car as it saves driving into the congested areas.
The staff were all very friendly and efficient.

Cons:

Just one minor negative comment is that there are no drawers in the room and only a few shelves. There is also a hanging rail with no doors so it makes the room look a little untidy with all clothes on show.

Enjoyable but disappointed with gym / outdoor pool
Pros:

Location was good
Bus service to city centre excellent

Cons:

Extremely disappointed that the outdoor was closed
Was not informed when booking
Also charge of 20 euro per person per day was deemed unfair when staying in the hotel and the outdoor pool closed

Best place to end a trip
Pros:

Lovely and clean hotel, friendly staff. The view from bar is amazing. Did wish I have more time at the end of my trip to stay here

Déçu - pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles

Très bon petit déjeuner

Cons:

Tous les services sont payants
- piscine, sauna, parking pour la voiture il faut payer à chaque fois
Et après avoir payer 44€ de parking pour la voiture il a fallu payer encore 1,50€ pour sortir !
