Ligging buiten de stad wandelen is te doen, ongeveer 25 minuten als je de lift neemt in de berg is het korten. Taxi word

Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en het ontbijt was top.

Cons:

De kamer was niet goed schoongemaakt en de kamer was gedateerd. Bedden wel goed!

Centraal met parking maar voor het zwembad hoef je het niet te doen.
Pros:

Op 15 min van centrum, wel stevige klim op de terugweg maar taxi slechts 7 euro.

Cons:

Zwembadweide : altijd overvol en zelf al sta je 15 min op voorhand van opening te wachten (aan de juiste poort) werden de betalende gasten en die van het andere hotel voorgelaten (andere ingang) wat zeer zuur was want dan kon je op een handdoek op de grond gaan liggen.
Als je dit hotel boekt voor het zwembad ben je er aan voor de moeite.
We kregen voor dit voorval een kleine compensatie maar is een structureel probleem: er zijn namelijk maar 3 parasols en veel te weinig ligbedden.

Comfortable, modern, friendly and helpful staff and a brilliant breakfast
Pros:

Very convenient when arriving from Santander airport and then accessible to motorways to move on. Nice to walk into Bilbao and close enough to do that easily.
Very clean and comfortable with a lovely swimming pool.
Excellent breakfast and plenty of places to sit with a drink or coffee.

El trato de los trabajadores,en especial de Jesús.
El hall amplio y cómodo, el bufet impresionante, la cama te permite descansar muy bien,la piscina.

Cons:

La limpieza de las habitaciones tiene que mejorar un poquito. El expositor de pastitas y bocadillos de la entrada estaba manoseado en extremo. Me hubiera gustado disponer de bolígrafo y papel en las habitaciones.

Good quality hotel on the outskirts of the city
Pros:

Good quality hotel with parking. Rooms were nice and staff friendly.

Cons:

Just be aware that most of the facilities shown on the pictures are part of a healthclub and you would have to pay to use them.
