Pros:

Very nice hotel, good rooms, good amenities, great lobby, with bar and restaurant onsite, a large pool, excellent staff very professional and kind, very happy with the stay!

Cons:

very minor: there was not much room to put your clothes in the room despite it being a very large room.

Pros:

A lovely hotel almost in the centre of Bilbao, near the Old Town. Comfortable rooms and beds. Good air-conditioning was appreciated as we were there during the recent heatwave 40 degrees!! Nice pool area. Close to Metro.

Excellent Modern Hotel
Pros:

Clean. Good value. Gym and spa are excellent. Arrate M working on reception made us feel right at home and was excellent throughout our stay.

Je me suis sentie arnaquée.
Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel à l'accueil et la taille et la propreté de la chambre.

Cons:

Déjà en arrivant je me suis sentie arnaqueé. Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour la pisicine intérieure mais en fait il n'en n'ont pas. J'ai fait la capture de booking ou sur une page c'est décrit qu'ils ont deux pisicne, intérieure et extérieure. Sauf que les photos qui sont mises en avant son mensongères. Cette pisicine intérieure est en fait uniquement du SPA (en supplément) et surtout interdite aux moins de 18 ans. Du coup ma fille de 3 ans n'a pas eu de piscine alors que nous avions choisi cet hôtel exprès. Ensuite en arrivant dans notre chambre, elle sentait fort la cigarette. Nous avons appelé la reception qui a été efficace et nous a mis dans une autre chambre. Mais vu les tarifs, on s'attendait à mieux. Au final très déçue. Le parking est lui aussi en supplément de 20 ou 25€ par jour il me semble.

Esta muy bien ubicado. El personal muy amable. La limpieza es muy buena

Cons:

El parking es caro y la piscina es compartida con un gimnasio. Es pequeña y completamente abarrotada en un día de calor.
