La falta de limpieza de algunas zonas
Ontbijt om u tegen te zeggen, mooi hotel, alles wat je nodig hebt is beschikbaar, proper en rustig, en een fantastische ligging.
Parking kan niet op voorhand worden gereserveerd. Is moeilijk om met een "grote" wagen te parkeren, zeer kleine parkeerplaatsen.
Very clean perfect location
The hotel had a great and very safe location, which made getting around really easy. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable.
I’m not a big fan of modern bathroom designs where the bathroom is integrated into the bedroom instead of being a completely separate room. That said, I appreciated that the toilet had a proper door rather than a glass one, which offered more privacy.
The handle on the glass bathroom door was slightly loose and seemed a bit worn out.
Also, one night at around 4 a.m., the hand soap dispenser unexpectedly detached from the wall and fell to the floor. It was quite scary, especially in the middle of the night.
Die Lage ist extrem gut - man ist rasch zu Fuß in der Altstadt - man ist rasch in der Innenstadt, - man liegt ruhig am Ufer des Nervion und kann zum Guggenheim Museum spazieren; von der Straßenbahnhaltestelle benötigt man 6-8 Minuten zu Fuß; sehr angenehme Betten, nettes offenes Bad, schöne Lobby, freundliche Menschen an der Rezeption; tolle Bäckerei Bixti nah zu erreichen
