Excellent location and value. Highly recommend to request a room with a front view to the river. We were on the second floor which allowed a perfect idyllic view of the promenade and light reflecting on the river. Suite very comfortable but decor not too attractive .

Unser Lieblingshotel in Bilbao, auch 2024 wieder ein Volltreffer!
Pros:

Wir haben dieses Hotel nach unserem ersten Aufenthalt 2019 erneut gewählt – und es war die absolut richtige Entscheidung. Schon damals waren wir begeistert, und auch dieses Mal hat einfach wieder alles gestimmt. Die Atmosphäre ist genauso herzlich wie in unserer Erinnerung, das Team freundlich und aufmerksam, und man spürt, dass hier Gastfreundschaft nicht nur ein Wort ist. Unser Zimmer war top gepflegt, ruhig und komfortabel – genau das, was man nach einem anstrengenden Tag in Bilbao braucht. Besonders schön: Viele kleine Details, die wir schon 2019 geliebt haben, waren immer noch da - bis auf die Kuh im Eingangsbereich. Sie sei jetzt auf der Alm, erzählte uns ein Mitarbeiter mit Augenzwinkern!!! Es fühlt sich fast ein bisschen an wie „nach Hause kommen“, nur eben mit Pintxos, Meerluft und baskischem Charme. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder. Dieses Hotel ist und bleibt unsere erste Wahl in Bilbao.

Cons:

Ein kleines Detail, das verbessert werden könnte: In der Dusche gab es leichte Schimmelspuren. Das ändert aber nichts daran, dass wir uns insgesamt wieder sehr wohlgefühlt haben.
