One of the best
Pros:

The breakfast was one of the best that we've ever had. Fresh guacamole, hummus, milk curd, grapefruits and small cakes. Separated bathroom

We didn't have local starters second evening in the bar

De los mejores desayunos en hotel de mi vida.
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es privilegiada, tanto por el río como por la Universidad, Ayuntamiento y que, en realidad, el acceso por carretera está bastante fácil. Lo que más nos gustó fue el desayuno, impresionante la variedad y calidad.

Cons:

Habría estado genial tener servicio de habitaciones o el bar/restaurante abierto más horas, ya que después de la feria teníamos la costumbre de acabar reuniones.

Great holiday in bilbao!!
Pros:

Room was big and clean with a great view on the river. The hotel was in a great position between the new and the old town. The internal parking was very useful and also the internal restaurant was very good. Overall for sure a positive journey!!

Cons:

Well, just a minor negative: the water in the shower was really difficult to use, always too hot/too cold, and you spend a lot of time to fix it

Cons:

Lack of enough parking or staff to help when you arrive after a long trip, shower water would get scorching hot without notice, attached to the wall old hair dryer, and more. Would not rate it 4 star.

Comodidad en pleno centro de Bilbao
Pros:

La ubicación es maravillosa. En pleno centro de Bilbao a orillas del Nervión.
La habitación era grande y espaciosa con una cama enorme. Otra cosa a destacar es el silencio; apenas se escucha nada, con lo cual es ideal cuando te retiras a descansar.

Cons:

Aparcar por la zona es un horror y el hotel dispone de parking, pero nos pareció excesivamente caro; unos 30€!el día.
