Bona ubicació, habitació impecable i esmorzar TOP. Molt recomanable per a estades de feina a Bilbao.
Tem uma localização excelente, muito central. Está próximo do museu Guggenheim e da parte velha da cidade.
O quarto era espaçoso, mas, para além da cama, só tinha uma secretária, uma cadeira e um apoio para as malas. Uma decoração só com o básico.
Era un habitacion que estaba bastante bien, pero muy oscura porque saba a patio interior y el aseo era abierto, con una ducha muy pequeña que ademas se escapaba agua y un baño pequeño. Para pagar 180€ que pagamos muy escaso.

Magnífica ubicación en el centro de Bilbao. El personal de recepción (Julen) un encanto cuando hicimos el checkin. Muy cómoda la habitación y la cama, todo muy limpio. Repetiremos sin duda si volvemos.
Por poner un pero, se agradecería una sábana en la cama, que solo haya un edredón es complicado para los meses de verano :(

Die Bedienung im Restaurant entsprach nicht dem Niveau des Hotels. Langsam, wir saßen lange, ehe wir die Karte bekamen. Vergesslich: die Butter zum Brot kam erst mit dem Hauptgang. Der Hauptgang wurde mit dem Daumen auf dem Teller serviert. Das Dessert ist so groß wie ein Hauptgang.
La ubicación. Está muy cerca del Casco Viejo y de la calle Alameda Recalde 11 para coger el bus hacia el aeropuerto.
No funcionaba nada bien el aire acondicionado. Tardaba en enfriar y teníamos que dejar la tarjeta todo el día puesta para asegurar que estuviera fresca.

Teníamos el desayuno incluido. Nuestro vuelo de vuelta era muy temprano, por lo que pedimos un picnic. Nos dieron una pieza de fruta y un bocadillo de jamón. Esperaba un picnic algo más completo para un hotel de estas características
