El personal fue super amable y rápido para el check-in.
La ubicación es muy buen ya que a la vuelta hay muchísimas opciones de restaurantes o bares sin tener el ruido por la noche

Cons:

The walls are paper thin, and unfortunately the couple in the next room were going at it all night long during every night of my stay.

Nice stay with spacious rooms
Pros:

The room is very spacious and clean. There are several places around to go and eat. It is close by the metro station (8-10min walking).

Comfortable for a quick Madrid stay
Pros:

Front desk staff spoke excellent English. When it was raining, they proactively offered a complimentary umbrella.

Cons:

Definitely felt like a place you’d spend one night as a business traveler. Rooms were fine but had some wear to them. As a tourist I’d probably pick some place closer to the center, however, this definitely had a neighborhood feel to it. Located right next to a famous tapas street!
