Pros:

El desayuno mal, habéis suprimido la mermelada hero y la que ponéis de helios, no tiene calidad.

Cons:

Soy cliente habitual, siempre elijo bidé en el baño y espejo de aumento. No se preocupan de las preferencias de sus clientes.

Cama cómoda

Cons:

La cisterna sonó durante toda la estancia y, en la segunda noche, el aire acondicionado empezó a hacer un ruido que no nos dejó dormir. Llamamos a recepción; fueron amables, pero no tenían conserje ni personal de mantenimiento disponible durante la noche, por lo que no podían ayudarnos.

A las 2:00 a. m. nos cambiaron a otra habitación, pero tenía camas separadas. En definitiva, no pudimos dormir en toda la noche.

Nos hicieron un reembolso del 15 %, pero al final del día el problema principal fue que no pudimos descansar.
