So luxurious and the service is top notch, everyone is so kind and accommodating. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The location is amazing and walkable to so many restaurants, bars, and shopping. Nestled off of a quiet street so everything felt quiet and serene.

Everything was absolutely exceptional.

Although we arrived a little early, they handled our early check-in with great courtesy and elegance. As a better room was available, they kindly offered it to us so that we would not have to wait. From beginning to end, the entire experience was flawless. It was truly a sophisticated stay that exceeded my expectations. The service, the presentation, the attentiveness, the delicious food, the atmosphere, and the warm welcome we received.

Cons:

No limpiaron la habitación y además se dejaron la puerta abierta con todas nuestras cosas dentro.
Además, después del check out y dejar todo pagado y cerrado, utilizaron mi tarjeta de crédito sin tener mi autorización para cargarnos 120 euros por unos desayunos que no consumimos. Tuve que llamarles dos veces para reclamar que me devolvieran el importe. No es esperable de un alojamiento de esta categoría.
