The hotel did not give us a good experience in Barcelona

The location

Cons:

we did not have aircondition on our first night which cause us not able to sleep the whole night. we’ve been moved to another room which did not have aircon as well. I want to be compensated on this inconvenience. It was so stressful and did not give us good experience at all.

Perfect hotel als je niet met de auto komt
Pros:

Ruim, schoon, goede bedden en luxe badkamer. Perfect hotel als je niet met de auto komt.

Cons:

Ik kan goed parkeren en heb vaker krappe parkeergarages meegemaakt. Dit is de allerslechtste die je kan bedenken. Enkel geschikt voor kleine auto's. Wij konden de bocht naar -2 niet maken en hadden "geluk" dat we 1 van de 3 plekken op -1 konden gebruiken. Onze auto stak flink uit het vak en is beschadigd geraakt.

Heerlijk verzorgd verblijf in Barcelona!
Pros:

Modern, verzorgd en schoon hotel. Vriendelijke ontvangst en goede service. Kamer was zeer schoon en had alle benodigde voorzieningen. Mooie badkamer en een goed bed. Locatie dichtbij openbaar vervoer waardoor luchthaven en centrum goed bereikbaar zijn. Omgeving schoon en veilig.

Cons:

Meer een aanrader voor het hotel: plaats in de 1-persoonskamer ook een voorziening voor koffie en thee.
