Great inn next to Phillips Exeter
Pros:

Great location and period decor that fits.

Cons:

The really awful chemical stench in the lobby Im guessing from terrible carpet cleaner makes the inn feel in need of refurbishment. Our room was small but well appointed. The rusty ac vent was a surprise.

a great one-night stay

The building is beautiful with an old charm.
The breakfast was good, which has eggs (both scrambled and boiled), bacon, yogurt, fruits, coffee, milk, bagels, cereal, etc.

Cons:

The closing of doors is a little loud.
