Pros:

The hot chocolate chip cookies at 7pm were nice. The mattress was comfortable.

Cons:

The ice machine on our floor was broken, the shower by the pool was out of order. We had blood stains on our sheet. My daughter saw the cleaning people in the hallway and asked to replace the sheet. They handed her a new one then my daughter had to replace it herself. We also spotted more blood drops on the sprinkler above the bed closest to the bathroom. Very gross!

Nice room with several nice amenities
Pros:

Easy off the freeway and a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. Room was large with a seating area, desk, large tv, separate sink from bathroom and comfortable bed. Decorative blinds nice touch.

High quality yogurt was available for breakfast.
Pros:

Location was very good. Lots of restaurants and shopping areas nearby.

Shower floors were slippery.

Not happy 😖
Pros:

Not pleased with hotel. The AC unit was not working it was blowing out very low the room was hot, I let the front desk know and the lady said there was no available room. They were sold out. She gave me a big industrial fan to use in the room and since I booked through a third party she wasn’t able to give me a discount. That wasn’t the only problem the phone doesn’t not work the fan in the other room doesn’t work.
I will not be staying at this hotel again

Disappointing Experience with Holiday Inn Express
Pros:

Very disappointed with our stay at Holiday Inn Express. The room was not clean upon arrival, and we found bugs near the bed, which was extremely concerning while traveling with a baby. We also noticed mildew spots on the mattress, which made us feel very uncomfortable about the cleanliness and overall condition of the room.

When we brought these concerns up, we were told we would be credited for a free night due to the issues we experienced. Instead, we only received 1,000 IHG points, which does not come close to resolving the situation or matching what was promised.

I have also attempted to contact management multiple times to discuss the situation further and have yet to receive any response. The lack of communication and follow-through has been just as frustrating as the condition of the room itself.

We expected much better cleanliness, customer service, and accountability from a Holiday Inn Express.

The elevator was out and was not going to be fixed for another day… we did think they could have provided a room on the first floor or reduced the rate.

Pros:

We stayed as a family for one night after a long journey and were warmly welcomed. The room was spacious, clean, and cozy. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and delicious. We really liked everything!!!!!

What a great place to stay past the big area of Salt Lake City. We were glad to get here and rest from our long drive!
Pros:

Our room was beautiful. It was so comfortable and clean. The beds were soft and it was great to come to after a long day of driving in rain and traffic. I like the room design except for the art picture (it is weird). I LOVE their Breakfast, always the best! Nice bathtubs. I really like the shelf they make for you to put your suitcases on! The price was fantastic!

Cons:

That we couldn’t stay longer. I wish there was photographic art on walls instead of whatever that is framed that looks bizarre. (Just my opinion).
