Great place for families had the A/C actually worked in the room
Pros:

We loved the delicious breakfast and the pool hours. The room and facilities were clean and the staff was friendly.

Cons:

Our A/C unit stopped working from 8:00pm until ~10am the next day. It was incredibly hot in the room! I was instructed around 9:00pm that it was overloaded and that it would turn on soon. By 2:00am my kiddo and I were awake and overheated. They gave us a fan for the room and offered to switch but I still had other kids asleep. It would’ve been a perfect stay if not for the uncomfortable room temperature for most of the night. They offered to comp my stay had I not booked through booking.com.

We were in room 101 handicap parking right in front of room.. the bed was very comfortable even thro we only stayed one night we enjoyed it. Breakfast was available.

Clean rooms as always

Cons:

The front desk staff, very rude and lazy. Night audit is not stalking items or cleaning. And morning shift was super rude on the phone. You need to desperately train your staff to be more customer friendly. Sitting in a chair knitting, or watching a movie and in a chair not acknowledging guests as they walk in is very rude.

I would suggest the morning shift not congregate at the front desk infront of guests including children, using inappropriate language, and dressed very unprofessionally.

Très bon hôtel pour se reposer après une longue route

Hôtel neuf bien situé. Chambre confortable mais absence de vue. Très appréciable la piscine intérieure et son jacuzzi . Bon petit déjeuner.

Het was voor ons een tussen overnachting dus een bed en douche was al prima! Bed was prima, douche ook wel. Ook was het inclusief ontbijt wat altijd fijn is om de dag mee te starten
