Hotelul este amplasat intr-o locatie linistita, la aproximativ 20 minute de mers pe jos de plaja. Pentru a ajunge in centru si in punctele importante exista mijloace de transport in comun care vin destul de repede si sunt foarte eficiente. Micul dejun a fost foarte delicios, iar personalul a fost foarte amabil. Multumiri Alinei pentru ospitalitate!
Hotelul nu are o rampa de acces la intrare pentru carucioare de copii, ceea ce pentru noi a fost un pic dificil deoarece la fiecare intrare/iesire a trebuit sa il luam in brate, ceea ce cateodata nu este foarte comod, mai ales daca ai facut si cateva cumparaturi. Peretii camerelor sunt foarte subtiri, se aude absolut orice de la apartamentul alaturat sau de deasupra, ceea ce cateodata poate face experienta mai putin placuta noaptea, sau dimineata devreme.
not really impressive hotel and not match with our expectation
I reported to management about bugs on bed and requested to change the bed sheet and asked for clean the room. i was with my sister in this hotel. my sister have disability matters and we requires extra care . the bathroom never clean properly and no attention to change all towels. i have requested to clean the room . i found both days different bugs on bed. even on first day. i called manager and shows her as proof.
Es war sehr sauber, sehr gemütlich. Die Badezimmer ist sehr gut vorbereitet mit Seife, Schampo, Haarspülüng und auch Lotion für Body. Tägliche Reinigung war sehr gut.
Kaffeautomat unten kann nur Kartezahlung akzeptieren, mit echte Plastik Karte, mit App-Banking funktioniert es leider nicht.

Garage no tiene ascensor al lobby , hay que salir con las maletas y subir varios escalones antes de llegar al lobby ,no apto para personas mayores , ingreso con escalas ya para subir maletas muy incómodos ...garage e ingresó con mucho mosquitos (Zancudos) .
Las fotos engañosas , la foto de la entrada en Booking , hay que verla con lupa ...si fuese un poco mas grande , una persona no escoge este hotel
Infraestructura hotelera en excelentes condiciones. Ambientes amplios, modernos y luminosos. Cuatro ascensores grandes y en óptimas condiciones. Habitaciones muy cómodas y bien mantenidas.
Amabilidad y buena disposición del personal
Que el acceso tiene varios escalones y no hay rampa.
Solo un salva escaleras para sillas de ruedas. Hay que hacer un gran esfuerzo para subir las valijas
La amabilidad de las personas en los desayunos o las cenas, muy dulces, gracias x el atendimiento

The only thing I could think of would be that the hallway is a bit noisy.

La habitación, que se ve un poco vieja y daba a una especie de patio/pasillo interior
The room was clean, the bathroom spacious, the bed was comfortable and the check-in was quick. The location isn't that bad - accessible to the bus stop and less than 10-min walk to the nearest metro station. Plenty of shops outside the hotel.
You can hear the other guests flushing the toilet and taking a shower.
