Super Lage

Cons:

Gym? Kleiner geht nicht. Nicht mal Matten, um auf dem Boden Übungen zu machen.
Pool Area zu klein
Badetücher muss man an der Rezaption holen (noch nie gesehen sowas)
Rezeption unfreundlich und langsam
Badezimmer klein. Lavabo viel zu klein.
Achtung hat kein Parkplatz. Teure Garage nebenan

Enjoyed our stay
Pros:

The hotel was clean - rooms modern and spacious -it was in a great location not too far for the beach and also the city centre for the evenings

Cons:

No atmosphere in bar area - also staff at bar and breakfast were quite rude

Schönes Stadthotel in fabelhafter Lage und mit fantastischem Ausblick

Fantastischer Blick, geschmackvolle Zimmer, zentrale Lage, nettes Personal, Drinks am Pool.

Cons:

Verschiedene Gäste, die am Pool regelmäßig die Hälfte der leeren Liegen mit Handtüchern und Sandalen für sich reservierten. Aber dafür kann ja das Hotel nichts.

Great hotel, great people and a great location.
Pros:

Location, clean and modern rooms. A pool to relax in and a good choice of breakfast

Cons:

We wanted to stay and have an evening meal in the hotel so around 18.30 we went down for pre dinner drinks. There was only one staff member available so it took a while to get refreshments and also not a great choice of beers.
When it came to looking at the menu it was not so great and even by 20.00 the restaurant was empty. They had provided bar meals to people and they looked fine but I would not rely on having a full evening meal there

Gran reforma aunque algunos servicios se han quedado limitados

Hotel reformado y se nota, habitación amplia y aunque la ubicación en esquina trasera es algo calurosa, se agradece el buen funcionamiento de aire.

Cons:

Aunque la ducha y el agua es fundamental para un hotel, quizás algo justo de espacio del baño y ducha respecto al resto de la habitación que era enorme con sofá y todo. La piscina aunque se ha quedado algo pequeña, diría que suficiente para refrescarse, pero se queda cortas el espacio de hamacas y sombrilla en pleno verano y acabas teniendo que sentarse en una silla de la terraza para darte un chapuzón.

Cons:

La description Booking de la chambre que j’avais réservée indiquait « balcon et vue Alcazar » or la chambre qui m’a été proposée à mon arrivée avait un balcon, mais avec un vis à vis d’immeuble à 2 mètres… donc sans vue.
Après discussion avec la réception, sur fourniture du descriptif réservé, ils m’ont donné une chambre avec vue, mais sans balcon.
Ils ont dit que c’était la description de Booking qui n’était pas bonne, que la catégorie de chambre que j’avais réservée correspondait à celle qu’ils me donnaient, les autres (balcon ET vue Alcazar) étaient plus chères.
