Extremely poor customer service
Pros:

The location is good The room was good size, modern and clean

Cons:

Experience at the roof top bar is the reason why overall experience is poor and so is my is rating of this hotel. One of the reason why I choose this hotel was the option to enjoy the drink and the view from the roof top But 4(!!!) of your stuff who suppose to be customer oriented, friendly and hospitable, completely ignored me as I waited to place my order For people could not be bothered to ask me if they can help/ place order/ serve a drink Complete ignorance! After a long while I just left without being served. To me this kind of attitude is unacceptable Especially in a hotel So I hope hotel will notice this poor rating and will do something about it Just in case you need more info , it was on the 22/05 at 7:00 pm Once again everyone at the bar ignored a client Hospitality? Customers service? Friendliness? No ! Obviously never heard about it !

Pros:

They have nice facilities just as the rooftop and the gym

Cons:

It wasn’t as clean, depending on the floor your on your can hear loud music and the room was cold the temperature regulator take 20 to 30 mins to heat up but doesn’t get any warmer

Es war toll. Ich würde sicher wieder ins Novotel gehen, es sei denn, ich müsste am Preis sparen.
Pros:

Die Grandiose Dachterrasse mit Pool und Skybar! Die Nähe zum Park, der sich durch Valencia schlängelt. Das Grühstücksbuffet.
