Obvs, the pool and breakfast are good reasons to stay there but nothing else.
Pros:

The breakfast was outstanding, everything about it is amazing, great food, great experience, great variety of food, excellent!
Location is okay easy to reach, just good, nothing to add.
Room is okay, clean, nothing special.

Cons:

I didn't have many things - tea bag I used wasn't replaced, I really love tea, it's so sad, this never happened in other hotels, you don't have to give me more coffee (you didn't) but give me a tea bag, it's not so expensive, man, I don't ask for much, I didn't get cream/body lotion and when I asked they didn't provide.

Wonderful family stay with exceptional hospitality from Irslan!
Pros:

We stayed at Novotel Valencia Lavant from 10–13 October and had a wonderful experience as a family. The room was comfortable and spacious enough for us, and the hotel’s location was very convenient, with a shopping centre and several restaurants nearby.

However, what truly made our stay memorable was the exceptional kindness of Irslan from reception.

During our stay, my son became sick and needed medical attention. Irslan went above and beyond his responsibilities by personally accompanying me to the hospital and pharmacy to help with translation and ensure we could communicate properly and get the medication my son needed.

His kindness, patience, and genuine willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier for our family. He did far more than anyone could reasonably expect from a hotel employee, and we are truly grateful for his support.

A very special thank you to Irslan for his outstanding hospitality and compassion. He is a real asset to the hotel, and I sincerely hope the management recognises his exceptional dedication.

We would happily stay here again and recommend this hotel to other families visiting Valencia.

prima lokatie, prima hotel met rooftop zwembad en skybar
Pros:

direct aan het Turia park en een metro station voor het hotel en een fietsverhuur vlakbij. Ook direct achtergelegen winkelcentrum/mall met eetgelegenheden is handig

ontbijt service kan beter, soms te laat met bijvullen
