A very comfortable stay!
Pros:

The air con in the rooms was very good - it was especially hot when we were staying. The rooms were very clean, the staff were all really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good

Cons:

The pool set up feels like it needs some work. I think there is room for a few more sun beds (and demand for it too!). It made going up to the pool a bit more of a task / something that required planning.

Pros:

The location was decent, next to transport hubs and you can walk to majority of places.
The room was okay for a few nights, bed was comfortable and the shower was decent.
The gym was okay, could do with higher weights and some more equipment.
Breakfast was nice and fresh.
Overall the staff were friendly and professional! A

Cons:

The lobby, hallways and restaurant (sky bar) didn’t have air conditioning, so it felt very uncomfortable.

The rooftop bar / pool, was great for chilling and relaxing after a long day site seeing. I found it very frustrating to get a drink as you can wait up to 30 mins for it to come! So it’s impossible to get drunk lol.

Een zakelijk hotel dat net te ver van het centrum ligt.
Pros:

Zeer gastvrij dat we bij aankomst gelijk een kamer kregen, voor de incheck tijd. Het ontbijtbuffet is uitgebreid, veel keuze in eten. Veel zitplekken. Fijn dat er een minibar op de kamer is voor flessen water koel te houden.

Cons:

Het zwembad is een enorme tegenvaller. Het is een sta-bad, iedereen staat met een drankje in het zwembad te praten, en het zwembad is ondiep. Veel te weinig bedjes voor zoveel gasten. Het hotel ligt ver van het centrum, goed te bereiken met een Uber. De kamers zijn redelijk schoon, helaas op alle zwarte deuren zijn veel vingerafdrukken te zien. De kamers zijn simpel. Gymruimte heeft weinig toestellen.
Het was erg (te) druk in het hotel bij het ontbijt en bij het zwembad. Zonder reservering kan je 's avonds geen drankje drinken in de Sky bar. Geen ontspannen vakantiesfeer.

Wir können die Unterkunft nicht empfehlen
Pros:

Die Lage liegt relativ günstig zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten von Valencia

Cons:

Uns haben leider diverse Sachen nicht gefallen.
Das Schlimmste war der Geruch nach Kloake in den Zimmern. Wir haben mehrmals interveniert und um andere Zimmer gebeten. Wir haben uns nicht ernst genommen gefühlt und wir wurden immer wieder vertröstet. Das Hotel kam uns auch in keiner Weise entgegen.

Das Frühstück fand im Kellergeschoss statt ohne Tageslicht. Die Mahlzeiten waren nicht angeschrieben und der Boden war verdreckt und klebrig.

Ganz schlimm war auch das Checkin sowie das Checkout. Man musste ewig lang warten. Beim Checkin fast eine halbe Stunde.
Das haben wir so in dieser Form noch in keinem anderen Hotel erlebt.

Wir würden das Hotel nicht mehr buchen und es auch keinem anderen empfehlen.

Irgendwie scheinen die guten Rezensionen oben zu stehen. Aber wenn man die schlechten rausfiltert, stellt man fest, dass es auch viele aktuelle Rezensionen hat die genau diese Probleme ansprechen.
