Bien que je connaisse son établissement pour sa belle et bonne prestation

J’avais réservé pour 5 personnes la nuit du 10 au 11 octobre avec un versement de 558€ par Apple Pay
malheureusement lorsque nous nous sommes présentés les chambres n’étaient y pas disponibles
Je n’ai reçu aucune information me signalant et nous n’avons pu loger ce soir là à San Sebastian car compte tenu de la fête du 13 octobre tout était complet des hôtels jusqu’à chambres d’hôtes ou bien à des tarifs exorbitants
Nous étions à pieds car marcheurs depuis Hendaye…

Fabulous views over San Sebastian, but not such good value for breakfast.
Pros:

Fabulous view and beautiful lobby and outside area.

Cons:

Breakfast was poor value for money; make your own tea and coffee with an endless wait in the queue for the machine, and no facilities to keep the hot food such as eggs warm! Not what you expect from a hotel of this standard.

La ubicación, las vistas, excelente desayuno y trato del personal

Cons:

Imposibilidad de hacer el cargo del bar del lobby en la habitación, y que el hotel estaba lleno y solo había una persona en la recepción para realizar el check, y tardaron 15 min en llamar a otra para apoyar

Gâché par une chambre à la limite de l’insalubrité.

Cons:

La chambre était dans un état de saleté que je n’ai jamais vu ailleurs. Les toilettes étaient maculées de m…, la lunette des toilettes était dévissée, des taches sur le lavabo, de la poussière partout dans la chambre, des couvertures sales et usées… à la demande une employée est venue « nettoyer » la cuvette des toilettes, mais rien de plus… bref, arriver dans une chambre « supérieure » et constater un tel manque d’hygiène est inconcevable.
