Beautiful views, hotel past its prime
Pros:

THe best quality of the hotel is the view and the pool. We stayed in the basic rooms, not the luxury suites, and maybe that made a difference, but the general impression was that it was a lovely hotel which is past its prime. The view was amazing and we didn't have a 'bad' experience, but it was much more like a 3 star hotel experience.

Cons:

It was strange that the rooftop pool closes so early (7.30pm) which was over an hour before sunset - it would have been nice to stay there until sunset and enjoy an aperitif. My room number was not indicated in the signs to the rooms outside the elevator so I had to return to reception and get help finding room - it seems like a silly oversight. The 'gym' was quite pathetic. The restuaratn was overpriced and the quality of our meal was not great - it was the only disappointing meal we had in 4 days in San Sebastian.

Amazing view from everywhere. Great breakfast with the view. Great pool with a view too. Rooms are nice and big. With a view too.

Cons:

It’s a little far from town and the funicular takes a long time.
The staff was inexperienced and not very friendly. And they were probably understaffed. Same at the restaurant.

L’emplacement,la vue exceptionnelle.
Le petit déjeuner varié est correct.

Cons:

Le personnel au bar de l’hôtel n’est pas agréable (ça fait trois fois que je viens,pas d’améliorations,je suppose qu’ils sont mal payés)
L’assiette de fromage les mêmes qu’au petit déjeuner à 30€,le verre de vin médiocre à 6€….
La comparaison avec les bars à pinxtos de San
Sebastian aux tarifs 2,5 moins chers…

Cons:

Der fehlende Service. Belogen zu werden vom Personal war dann noch die Krönung. Man könne auch den Pool erst benutzen, wenn man seiner Zimmer bezogen hat, da es keine Umkleidekabinen gibt. Nicht zutreffend, denn diese gab es.

Lovely views of San Sebastián!!!
Pros:

Lovely views over San Sebastián.
Excellent breakfast, comfy room and lovely pool area. It was also by the amusement park if you like that sort of thing or have children.

Cons:

It was in a lovely location but not in the town centre. To get down to the town you would need to use the funicular which closed at 20:30 but there was a bus, number 16 I think took you to the top and into the town or use a taxi. There wasn’t many restaurants to choose from up by the hotel.

Ambiente muy acogedor y vistas increíbles a la bahía.
Pros:

Vistas increíbles hacia la bahía. Su ubicación es muy buena aunque plantea la necesidad de locomoción para el traslado.

Cons:
