Ok stay in San Sebastian, beware of the hotel's location on a hill, isolated.

The view high up above the bay

Cons:

The staff: rude, not friendly and not welcoming at all. Especially the female clerks at the front desk showed not a hint of hospitality. Very expensive, will not stay there again. Cappucino is 6 EUR. Sun deck and pool still closed at the end of May. Not usable at all. A total let down.

Emplacement exceptionnel, personnel très gentil.
Établissement très propre et chambre rénovée.

Cons:

N’accepte pas les chiens et n’y aller pas en voiture électrique car pas de borne de charge !!!
Pour une ville qui demande un pass eco à tous véhicules entrants dans la ville, ne pas proposer une borne de recharge c’est aberrant.

Restaurantpersonal beim Nachtessen war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, aber völlig unprofessionell. Die Freundlichkeit gewichte ich aber als höher ein :-)

Cons:

Unkompetentes Receptionpersonal- unfreundlich. Empfand es als „Abweisend“.

Emplacement idéal
Pros:

Incroyable emplacement. Hôtel magnifique. Petit bémol car j’ai payé un supplément non prévu . J’ai réservé 3 chambres dont une single pour mes parents et belle maman. Je voulais qu’ils aient vue mer et je l’avais précisé . On a du faire des modifications et payer un supplément. Je mets quand même une bonne note car c’était un beau séjour

Pros:

La ubicación y las vistas son impresionantes, pero todo lo demás es una pena.

Cons:

El desayuno para el precio que tiene es flojísimo, el personal en general es poco servicial, el baño de la habitación está para reformar íntegramente. La habitación está junto al parque de atracciones contiguo con lo que tienes que estar escuchando el ruido constante de las atracciones, el domingo se puso un operario a las 9 de la mañana con una sopladora a quitar hojas.

Cons:

Veel kleine dingetjes, 20min wachten op de barman die 3 koffie maakt, die gast was veel te druk zonder assistentie, verdwaasd kijkend meisje dat borden opruimt bij het ontbijt terwijl er niets meer te kiezen was voor de gasten. Het meest erge: ik moest douchen in bad, geen handgreep om je aan vast te houden bij in en uit bad stappen en de deurstopper van de badkamerdeur zit echt precies in het midden van het deel waar je je voeten moet neerzetten. Dit vind ik echt ultiem dom.
