Close to the beach.
Dirty, blood stains on sheets, cock roaches, tub would not drain, rust all over, leaking mini fridge.
The staff was friendly and professional. Assigned first to a room that smelled moldy and wet. Reassigned immediately to another room which was far better room. However, there was no water pressure in the shower.
The plumbing and water pressure system needs to be revamped and upgraded.
Need a remodeling. Bed was comfy but the room smell musty. Staff was great.

It was close to everything
It is a very old building. It had mediocre remodeling. Water pressure was terrible. The deodorizer they use in the rooms was nauseating.

This a very convenient hotel to the St. Augustine Beaches. The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly! The area is safe with shopping and restaurants down the street. There’s also a Public and liquor store close enough to walk but why do that!!! Historic St. Augustine is 20 minutes north! So if you don’t want to pay $200 plus a night this hotel is perfect.

Breakfast was good and so is the location.
The smell of the room when you 1st come in and the floor staying moisture and sliperry.
Considering the price, this hotel was a very good value. The room was clean, and the staff was courteous and helpful. We had several Amazon packages delivered before our arrival, and they received and kept them safely until we checked in.
The complimentary breakfast was good for a budget hotel, with enough options to start the day. The pool was clean, even during the busy summer season.
One of the biggest advantages is the location. There is a beach access about a 2-minute walk away (around 100 meters). You first walk through a small park, and then reach a beautiful beach.
The only downside was the $5 daily parking fee, which seems unnecessary considering the hotel has ample parking available.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would definitely consider staying here again.
Everything was accessible and they were clean.
Some of the cleaned towels were still dirty and the bed spread had holes in it.
The pool company did something with water quality the night before we arrived, but the problem was not fixed. The pool water was not clear so we didn’t use it for the 5-day stay. None of the staff were able to confirm the pool was repaired even though guests were using it.
The bread for breakfast was very old.
We were surprised that we had to pay a nightly fee for parking.
Das Zimmer war groß, sauber und gepflegt. Auch das Frühstück hat uns gut gefallen. Es war zwar typisch amerikanisch, bot aber eine gute Auswahl und war völlig ausreichend für einen gelungenen Start in den Tag.
Ein besonderes Highlight ist die Nähe zum Strand. Der Strand ist wunderschön, sehr sauber und das Wasser angenehm klar – ideal zum Baden und Entspannen. Gerade dieser Strand hat uns besonders begeistert und war einer der Höhepunkte unseres Aufenthalts.
Insgesamt haben wir uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

I liked the location of this Quality Inn. Close to amazing beaches and things to do. A very short drive to the historic district. If you're just looking for somewhere to sleep that is cheap this is your place.
We had to pay $5 a day to park at this location, I do not remember seeing that additional charge when booking. The room was NOT clean. The floors were sticky, dust everywhere and rust on everything metal. The coffee machine in the room was missing pieces and the coffee served at breakfast tasted old/sour. The breakfast was not great. I guess you could call what they had "eggs and sausage patties" along with white or wheat bread for toast. They did have waffles.

The cleaning and the neglecting of preparing the room for all persons in the booking. Phone did not work we had to go down to the front desk to ask them to refill soap/schampoo.
