Absolutely gorgeous hotel located in the center of everything. Very nicely appointed rooms and beautiful public areas. Breakfast was fantastic with amazing fresh pastries and a substantial buffet to suit everyone’s needs.

Great location. Staff welcoming
Amamos a estadia! Limpeza, instalações, café da manhã e atendimento nota dez. Mas o grande diferencial é a localização: imbatível para conhecer os principais pontos turísticos de Roma a pé e aproveitar a gastronomia da região.
Localização e conforto do quarto.
Terrific location next door to the Italian lower Parliament so needless to say, a very safe area! Location is perfect allowing for short walks to historic sights, monuments, shopping and wonderful restaurants. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive.
For our 3 night stay in Rome, the Hotel Nazionale was just right.
This is the best hotel I’ve stayed in when visiting Rome. The location is exceptional. The hotel has an old world charm with modern luxury. The lobby, restaurant/bar and my room were all just beautiful. The staff provide excellent customer service.
Everything was perfect!
Location and safety

Centrale locatie.
The hotel's only real strength is its location truly exceptional, right in the heart of Rome at Piazza Montecitorio.
I stayed at the Albergo Nazionale in Rome, and unfortunately, the experience was not positive. Upon arrival around 8:30 PM, despite there being staff at the reception, no one offered to help with my luggage. While not mandatory, I would have expected greater attentiveness and hospitality from a hotel of this caliber; at least I saved money on a tip.
The room was very small, dated, and rather worn. The bathroom, in particular, was extremely inconvenient; the shower was so cramped that—despite being a small person—I struggled to move and kept bumping into the tap, accidentally turning off the water. Honestly, a larger person would have had serious trouble using it. Cleanliness was average, though I found hairs in the sink upon arrival that I had to remove myself. The breakfast was the worst I have ever encountered in a hotel: overcooked scrambled eggs (almost like a block of concrete), burnt bacon, sausages that resembled frankfurters, stale orange juice, and other items that tasted more like mass-produced factory goods than fresh pastries. The coffee was entirely ordinary, too. The hotel's only real strength is its location truly exceptional, right in the heart of Rome at Piazza Montecitorio. Otherwise, however, the value for money did not meet expectations, and I would not choose to stay there again.
Location was great.
Very clean.
Staff was so helpful.
Shower was too small.
very kind, my wife got very ill and they could not of been more helpful A#
