Pros:

El servicio excelente. Llegamos temprano desde el aeropuerto y nos dieron la habitación inmediatamente. La habitación decorada como un palacio. El desayuno muy variado y de calidad.

J'ai adoré l'hotel et surtout l'emplacement idéal.
Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal, vraiment super, service impeccable , merci particulier à Salvatore. Le petit déjeuner était complet, chambre propre, je n'ai rien de négatif à dire. merci

Cons:

le matelas, mais le confort d'un matelas varie d'une personne à l'autre, pour moi, il n'était pas tres confortable.

Cons:

The pillows are very hard and flat. They need to look at updating there pillows to softer pillows that are not feather or down ( low allergy)
Apart from this small issue the place is great.

Perfect stay in Rome !
Pros:

Perfection location to walk to many major sight seeing places in Rome. Bustling area with tons of coffee shops, shopping, and restaurants.

I enjoyed how central the location was, the decor, it was very well maintained even though it’s been there for a long time. The staff was very kind and helpful, our room was cleaned daily

Cons:

I did not anticipate how small the room would be, which is understandable since it’s an older building. It made it nearly impossible for two people to unpack for the time we were there, so we had to live out of our luggage.

Pros:

Es war alles sehr passend und angenehm. Wir hatten einmal das Problem, dass der Wasserablauf in der Dusche gestört war und haben das an der Rezeption reklamiert. Der Schaden wurde sofort von einem Handwerker behoben.
Wir hatten einen erstklassigen Aufenthalt im Hotel Nazionale.
Das Zimmer war immer sehr sauber und aufgeräumt, das Ambiente ist erstklassig und auch das Frühstück sehr umfangreich und Dank des aufmerksamen Personals wurde stets das Buffet aufgefüllt.

Cons:

In dem Zeitrsum unseres Aufenthalts gab es öfters politische Demonstrstionen in der Nähe und man konnte das Hotel nur nach Polizeikontrollen betreten, War etwas nervig und wird daher hier erwähnt.
Aber das Hotel trifft keine Schuld, die Demo war keineswegs direkt vor dem Hotel, also man hat keine Ruhestörung und die Polizei hat uns immer sofort passieren lassen.

Excellent location and service, worth the price.
Pros:

The staff was helpful and friendly, especially Roberta. She explained where to visit and marked up a tear-off map they keep at the reception desk. Rooms were comfortable and spacious with nice amenities. The bar was great, with couches and nice drink service. And wonderful breakfast!

Cons:

My only complaint was the comfort of the beds.. I like a plush bed and my bed was quite firm so I woke up with some hip pain.

Exceptional!!!
Pros:

This hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of so many points of interest, food, shopping, and everything else Rome has to offer! All of the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! Chara at the front desk provided outstanding service after our flight was cancelled, helping with everything from contacting the airline, getting a room for another night in an extremely full hotel and lining up transportation to the airport the next day!
