The Laylow Waikiki, Autograph Collection

お部屋の壁紙がモンステラ柄で可愛すぎて最高でした。またアメニティギフトが本当に可愛くて、特にビーチサンダルとエコボトルは滞在中に大活躍でした！
無料アクティビティのレイ作りもとても楽しかったですし、シェイブアイスのカップまでとても可愛いデザインで嬉しかったです。
ハイフロアのお部屋だったのですが、廊下に設置されているフリードリンクのコーヒーの種類がとても多くしかも美味しくて滞在中は何度も飲んでしまいました。
スタッフのみなさんも本当に親切な方々ばかりでとても気持ちよく過ごすことができました。

This is a well worn and definitely not a premium hotel. Usually, there is at least a coffee maker provided. Not at this hotel. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash were in the shower. No body lotion. Because of a live band in the dining area, it was rather loud in our room. In fact, we went to the hotel restaurant and could not conduct a conversation because of the noise level. We did not stay. We would not return.

It was our second visit and second honeymoon at the Laylow and the entire experience (both times) has been exceptional.

Sarah (server at the hideout) was so kind and warm. She went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. She understood our special requests and remembered our preferences from day to day. She gave us great advice and guidance for our time here and made us feel like we belong in hawaii and the laylow.

Clarissa (coffee shop Barista) ... what would we do without you? We love our coffee, we need our coffee, and nothing compares to when it is made with love. Thank you for remembering us and knowing what we need.

The laylow has a fun, exciting, relaxed, intimate vibe that feels like a home away from home. It doesn't matter who is working, the staff will do everything they can to help. The beds are so comfortable. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.

We love the laylow and hope to continue to visit for years to come.

The location and style . Live music everyday! And amenities upon arrival. Shave ice cream by the pool.

My wife and I had a glorious three-night stay at the Laylow Waikiki! We loved the hotel from the moment we arrived. It has a vibrant mid-century vibe, a stellar location, a friendly staff and a chic lobby with a coffee bar. We appreciated the welcome basket, which included a high-quality tote bag, water bottles, rubber duckie, postcards and flip-flops.

We had a spacious corner room, which featured a dining area, sitting area and views of the city and mountains. Being in the room felt very relaxing. The only drawback was the small bathroom area that could use a remodeling. Overall, we loved staying at the Laylow Waikiki and can't wait to return!

The hotel is next to the International Market Place. The hotel is a few blocks from the beach. The hotel has an outside swimming pool on the second level. The hotel has a full service restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurant has live entertainment every night, There is a full service bar in the restaurant.
The hotel elevator is key control, all the rooms have a safe. There is 24 hours security personnel on duty.

The rooms have large television, shower, large dresser with large drawers, large hallway closet and shelf. The hotel is very clean and modern.

The two elevator works very well and there is never await for an elevator.

The front staff works very fast for check-in and check-out.

There is no street parking near the hotel. The hotel offers paid valet parking

位置很不错，机场直接坐W LINE，下车就是酒店入口，周边有很多公交站，楼下超市 咖啡店 shopping mall近在咫尺。很方便！

Staff and their restaurant

Nice hotel, I just wish we’d stayed on the beach. We love the Marriott’s Autograph brand and have stayed in their hotels in LA, NYC and Savannah. Can’t really fault this one in Waikiki. Staff were fabulous. We took two large suites - one for us and one for our teenagers. They loved the free shave ice by the pool (though a little cramped when busy) and the Hideout bar/cafe. We loved the views of the Royal Hawaiian from our balcony. But it’s noisy at night as it’s on a super busy street, above busy bars and restaurants, which is great for night life and dining options. We also asked to change rooms as noisy elevator echoed through our room like a shuddering train every few minutes. And yes, one side of the hotel balconies look into a neighbouring car park. Also, annoyed that after spending $3,500 for a few nights, they charged us for early check-in and late check-out. As Marriott Bonvoy members, think this should be a courtesy, if the room is available. All in all, a nice city option. I just wish we’d stayed on the beach. It was a little too ‘city’ for me. Let’s face it, Waikiki is all about the beach :)

Pros: centrally located, spacious room, good AC, clean rooms

Cons: six+ story garage towering over pool/looking into floors, considerable noise even on the garage side, not much decent seating in the lobby except at restaurant, key card readers esp in elevator are finicky

Parking is expensive ($65+ tax) and you have to wait for the valet--Waikiki Galleria Tower cheaper (more like $45 / day) and just as convenient if you don't mind a 5 minute walk

Chaira was lovely! My family absolutely enjoyed dining at the Hideout- service was 10/10!

The Laylow in Waikiki was a highlight of a fun, yet @ times challenging (20 year record rainfall was happening!), 10 day visit to Oahu.

The staff were ALL courteous, day or late @ night, quick to act and/or accommodate, and never hard to find. The Hideout restaurant adjacent to the lobby served delicious food (& yummy drinks) and live music in the evening. Our housekeeper, Nori, was AMAZING & so sweet! Our rooms were always clean & she took extra care to make sure we had everything we needed before her days off (even though another housekeeper would be available). The beds were VERY comfortable (a huge plus!), as were the pillows. Even though we were only a few doors away from the elevators, I don’t think I once heard anyone coming or going (except for our friends in the adjacent room~lol).

My only critique would be that their beautiful pool was shallow from end to end, making laps for exercise difficult. Still, it was a beautiful pool and a popular place on sunny days, and a great place to float around in the evening.

They had many nice little touches going on, too! Each of our rooms got a sturdy beach bag, two pairs of flip-flops and two water bottles (with a still & sparkling water hub downstairs to fill them up), to keep. The hotel provided beach towels and rain umbrellas, as needed, @ no charge.

It seemed like every day they had something going on down in the lobby area, as well: lessons on how to make a lei, serving awesome shaved ice, crafts for the kids, to include making personalized luggage tags, and those frozen mango chunks were just delicious! 😋 All materials/supplies provided by the hotel.

All in all, I’d stay there again, in a heartbeat!

Hideout restaurant was very good. Nicole was very attentive, nice, and overall great. She is the best waiter I have ever had at a restaurant in my whole life.

The rooms were great! Super clean and tons of space. And best of all was the service Joey was AMAZING as soon as we walked in he was smiling, very enthusiastic, and helped us out so much highly recommend this place!

This is my first TripAdvisor review. We just came back from spending our March Break at The Laylow and it’s the perfect boutique hotel in Waikiki. It’s so convenient with Marugame Udon, Luigi’s Pizza, Paia Fish Market and Kona Coffee just steps away. There’s also a Target across the street. It’s one street over from Royal Hawaiian Center and 2 streets over from Waikiki Beach.

Our kids loved the daily free shaved ice (1pm to 2pm) and lei making. We had lunch at the Hideout restaurant in the hotel and it was so good. Happy hour is from 1pm to 5pm so perfect for a late lunch.

Everyone at the front desk, valet and housekeeping were friendly and helpful. We never waited long for an elevator either.

Would definitely recommend The Laylow! We plan to come back!

Man, oh man, what a night I had! I flew in from DC Friday night to a warm but rainy welcome! Shout out to Simon for giving me an umbrella when It was down pouring and taking my luggage! When I got to my room, it was exceptionally clean, unfortunately without power however, when I went down to the valet to retrieve my car, they recommended a very good Japanese restaurant! I absolutely love it! I’m only here for business but If I were to come back, it would definitely be here! I loved it
