Awful. Would not recommend staying here
Pros:

There was no breakfast and there was fighting outside all night.

Cons:

I asked for clean sheets and the sheets provided were covered in orange stains. When I went to the front desk to ask for clean sheets the very rude receptionist brought me another heavily stained sheet and told me to put it on myself.

Absolutely terrible. I honestly deserve a refund.

Nothing. It was awful.

The manager made me wait 30 mins at the window without answering me because he was sprawled out on the floor praying. Finally got up and dealt with me and refused to give me a late checkout even though I stood there and waited 30 mins that I could've been sleeping to stand there and wait for him.

Also there were roaches everywhere and the bathroom was disgusting

The place was run down, nothing like the pictures.
There were people on the property that for sure were residents there was a lot of in and out, people arguing, doors slamming, and I was traveling with small children.
On top of it all the room was not clean. The sheets had stains and if it wasn't for us going to the beach we wouldn't have had towels. TV did not work the first night, complained to the front desk the gentleman behind the counter said he would fix the TV and bring towels, came back TV worked still no towels, 3 days 2 nights no towels. I'd never stay there again. TERRIBLE

Do not use booking.com and don’t believe the pictures it’s a scam
Pros:

Didn’t even end up staying it was so bad. I pulled it to check in and there were people out front in there car using hard drugs not just weed. The place was filthy and the other people walking around outside looked like this place had an hourly rate. I had just drove 10 hours to get there and it looked nothing like the photos on booking.com I called Booking.com so that I wouldn’t be charged as I had to find a new hotel last minute and was charged anyway and they wont do anything about it. So I had to pay for 2 hotels for my son and I.

This was the worst hotel I booked for 4 adults 1 child they put us in a small dirty room with two small beds I asked for a cot I was told they don’t know what I’m talking about and the child is 15 years old the pool was cloudy and full of dog hair the entire building stunk it was the worse part of my trip I never do reviews but beware of this place it’s disgusting

The entire place was a dump, the tubs in the rooms were like standing in a kayak, high on the sides with the middle low, and my tub wasnt cleaned or else someone left the cleaning spray in the tub. Couldn't hardly stand up in it. No cleaning service was done in my room Friday or Saturday. The elevator I believe is about to fail, draging, and other noise not usual. Requested a ground floor room during my reservation time, but got sent to the 3rd floor. Nasty carpet throughout. No coffee pots in the rooms, no coffee in the lobby.
