Hampton Inn by Hilton in Hot Springs, Arkansas

It was a wonderful stay on the tail end of our vacation! Peggy made an excellent breakfast and the front desk staff were always kind and welcoming.

Visited Memorial weekend and was very pleased with the room and the friendly staff that made a very pleasant trip. Peggy at the breakfast was very helpful and happy to serve us asking if we needed anything. Housekeeping was great and very helpful and friendly as well

Enjoyed my stay at this property. Staff was great, Eunice and Mariam at front desk. Breakfast staff great too. Very personable and caring. Hotel was very clean and room was as expected., minus one thing. Property is older but well kept. The ac unit in my room never cycled off. Seems there was no option to have it on auto. Otherwise great room. Might be an issue as I did see/overhear what looked like some new AC units going in. May be that they all need to be replaced. Hotel is in a nice quiet area that is accessible to most of Hot Springs. When in the area I will definitely use this property again.

Peggy in the kitchen was fabulous and the staff was all very friendly!

Room is clean and comfortable, breakfast was also excellent. Peggy gave us great service during our stay. Thanks to her help, our family trip was very wonderful.

My travel experience was truly a break from
The hustle of the city. The hotel staff was very nice, especially Peggy she has a charming personality that makes you feel like home!

First let me say the front desk receptionist was very nice and efficient. The rooms very clean (went sock footed and soles stayed white and bathroom floors had no corners of dirt) and beds comfy. The only problem is the hotel is showing it's age and desperately needs a remodel. They have done some painting but you can tell it wasn't done professionally (painters tape would have helped). The door to the bathroom has some wood peeling off at the bottom and the door to the room doesn't fit (gap of about a half inch to an inch from door to frame and the toilet seat is round while the toilet is oblong. Yes I would stay her again as cleanliness is number one with me but it would be nice to see a complete remodel.

There was something wrong with the bed in room 210, but the room was nice otherwise. The staff were very polite and personable. We enjoyed the breakfast and Mrs. Peggy was a delight every time we saw her.

This is where we stay every summer! Candi and Peggy are the reasons we come back time and time again! They always make our stay so smooth and welcoming! Thank you both for making us feel at home in HotSprings Hampton !!

The front desk and check in was smooth. The room was clean, spacious and the b d was comfortable. Peggy at breakfast was a breath of fresh air. She was friendly, helpful, and maintained the breakfast bar great. I will stay here on my next trip to Hot Sorings.
