Breakfast was great and we enjoyed the room with the spa tub. Hotel staff was friendly and made sure to check on us to see if we needed anything during our stay.

Great place to stay in Hot Springs.
Pros:

Good Hampton Inn in the burbs of Hot Springs. Makayla, on the front desk, was a great staffer, greeting us, providing excellent recommendation for dinner, overall very friendly vibe. Comfy beds, the level of accommodation we expect of Hampton Inn.

Cons:

Nothing to do with the hotel but we were not impressed with Hot Springs National Park!

Pros:

I liked the location and the staff was friendly.

Cons:

The entire third floor smelled like mildew, particularly our room. The carpet was filthy and desperately needs to be shampooed or replaced. The beds felt like we were sleeping on wooden planks. The breakfast was almost inedible. We wanted to like this hotel, but it just isn't acceptable.

Pros:

Staff was friendly and the hotel it self was just what I expected. Breakfast had a good variety. The lady that was working the breakfast area was very sweet and attentive.

Great Gem of a Hotel!
Pros:

Everything was great! Room clean, bed comfortable, staff polite and friendly, included breakfast substantial including eggs, a meat, waffles, bagels, cereal, juice, yogurt, bananas, muffins! Hotel offers delightful little bennies like free afternoon cookies during my stay, and snack bags for departing guests!

Location just a few minutes drive from the historic bathouse row and Oaklawn track and casino.

My wife and I will stay here again; she felt the 'soak' in Quapaw bath house helped her joints and skin.

TIP: FREE downtown parking on 3rd and 4th floor of Exchange Street garage right across the street from Quapaw bath house. This might change in the future but was free during my stay in Oct 2026.
