Pros:

The staff in general , location. The bar should introduce more of a variety of lagers .

Breakfast is very good. Betine , makes the BEST omelet! Compliments

Close to the center and the treinstation. 2 mins walking.

Good hotel, nice location
Pros:

Good and clean hotel. Nice breakfast. Good location.

Cons:

They had an issue with IT systems. The check in took over 15 mins. The issue continues for over 20 hours (even when I checked out). The staff was visibly irritated due to overload as the systems were not helping.

Convinient, comfortable, great pool and sauna ensure they don’t double charge before leaving
Pros:

The property was placed in an excellent position near the malls of Frankfurt. It made walking everywhere else or catching a train from the hotel convenient. The breakfast was also delicious a bit pricey but the quality made it up for it.

Cons:

The only complain I have is I got double charges. I had booked my stay through booking.com and was confirmed in person by the receptionist. When I checked out the hotel, the charged me for breakfast and a night stay. I checked my banking account and there was an additional $463.01 on my account. I had called them to fix the issue but it appears their system is down. So my total stay for two people was $817.83. I hope they can fix the mix up soon.
