Pros:

This location is perfect for food/shopping walkablility. Staff are kind and helpful. My room was clean, comfortable, and spacious.

Pleasant hidden gem
Pros:

The room was clean, comfortable, and well laid out. I lucked out and got probably the best view on property. I will definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Carpet needed cleaning. One front desk employee wasn’t helpful as she was watching videos on her phone and didn’t understand why I wanted a receipt for room charges (business).

Pros:

Clean, comfortable hotel in a good location. We were trying to be close to GCU. We like that there is a lot to do here within walking distance. Feels like a safe part of town. We did not have to worry about our car in the lot.

Disappointed
Pros:

The staff was welcoming and pleasant. Very helpful and accommodating in what they could control. Promt in delivering extra towels and sheets for couch bed. I like that it is close to mall and eating areas.

Cons:

I found a bottle top under the pillow. Concerned if beds were changed. Wifi was having issues. Not good reception. Unable to get my receipt when leaving because the system was down.Crumbs under couch bed. The vacuum was left in the pool while the children were trying to swim around the hoses. I did notice another hotel in this same general area and might try staying there next time.

Pros:

The location near the Biltmore complexes, shops and restaurants is very good. Just off the 51 freeway.

Cons:

The room was not serviced at all. For the price we paid, we expect at least clean towels and the trash emptied daily.

Cons:

I called at 1:00 to ask when my room would be available. They said 2p. I arrived at 3p and it wasn't ready. They said policy is 4p and said they'd call as soon as it was available. I went back at 4:15 because they hadn't called. They ended up giving me a different room at about 4:30.

Came to phoenix for spring break
Pros:

The location was good It's in a shopping center so you have many good options for dining and shopping

Cons:

Bed very very uncomfortable Rooms are dated like, even the TVs are really old. Pool was nice but I have young kids and the people at the pool that day were adults and weren't very nice about kids in the pool So we only stayed about 10 minutes bc it was so uncomfortable Not the hotels fault obviously. The staff was very friendly at check in and check out
