Nice hotel good location
Pros:

The hotel was clean, the rooms were clean, and the staff was very friendly. The location is in a shopping center surrounded by stores and choices of restaurant.

Cons:

The air conditioning in the 4th floor hallway wasn't working. Every time you got out of the elevator, you walked into a hot hallway.

the staff was the greatest. had a few issues checking in, but the staff was the best. The cook was great at making me feel at home with my meal.

The room was clean, and the staff were friendly.

Cons:

The physical location of the hotel was hard to find and ordering a ride share was difficult because there was no actual pick up location for in front of the hotel so the location pin had to be placed at twin peaks which was right next to the hotel.

GCU Parents Go To Hotel!
Pros:

Beautiful campus, close to GCU, and the staff was excellent and welcoming! Close to many great shops and restaurants too.

Cons:

Honestly, the only couple of things I would say is that the tv's are kind of small, the toilets are really small and there are no fans in the bathroom. Not a big deal though.

Wonderful experience. Would stay here again.

It was a lovely resort-like setting. Quiet. Nice open area for coffee in the morning. Great gym facilities. Well maintained. Excellent coffee in the morning with friendly staff. Perfect location. Central. Close to places I needed to walk to.

It would be nice to have more food options like a restaurant or kitchen or breakfast.
