Cons:

Bed are worse than sleeping on the ground. Will have to see the chiropractor for.mutiple visits. Crickets in the bathrrom.

Even though the location was perfect and the lobby was nice, we would not stay at another Sonesta ag

The lobby was nice and the location was great. The breakfast was ok.

Cons:

The smell of mildew in the room. We had to switch rooms due to how dirty the bathroom and mirrors were. The second room was better in terms of view and access to the pool...but ..the bathroom had visible mold, room smelled like mildew, we had to leave the air running and keep the bathroom door closed to ensure we did not get much of the mildew scent. We did not ask for another change of rooms because at that point it just seemed like every room was going to be an issue. Also, when calling the front desk to request extra towels we were told they had a quota and we couldn't get the number requested. Also did not show up for housekeeping when requested.

Decent place
Pros:

Facilities are decent, a little dated. When I turned on the shower, the hand held shower head also came on and made the floor wet. Even with the shower curtain closed, the floor still got wet. Crumbs under the TV stand. One of the beds was not comfortable.
Continental breakfast starts at 7am, but they were late opening, people were waiting. We ended up leaving. You also had to ask for coffee and front desk would get it for you. It was not set out for guests to freely get on their own.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Overall, an "ok" stay.

Good stay enjoyed being on the main level for direct pool access
Pros:

Breakfast was good, no complaint...need more options

Cons:

The hotel was great, loved the free parking, the front desk was helpful and the hospitality team was polite and approachable. the sleeping room was a good size, although I did not agree with the pool times, the pool area should add at least 2 additional hours for guests who work arrive about 6pm to enjoy the pool after work hours (open until 9pm). Oftentimes the pool area would be locked BEFORE the closing time.

This location is perfect for food/shopping walkablility. Staff are kind and helpful. My room was clean, comfortable, and spacious.

Pleasant hidden gem
Pros:

The room was clean, comfortable, and well laid out. I lucked out and got probably the best view on property. I will definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Carpet needed cleaning. One front desk employee wasn’t helpful as she was watching videos on her phone and didn’t understand why I wanted a receipt for room charges (business).
