Great clean hotel, convenient to airport
Pros:

Great hotel. Beautiful and very clean. Location convenient to airport. Easy check-in.
Beds and pillows very comfortable, nice hot shower, and very quiet room.

Restaurant: great fast service, welcoming environment, the server/bartender (Derrecka B) was an absolute joy, which was appreciated as we were coming to an end of a month long trip and we were exhausted.

If our future travels bring us back to Nashville, I would stay here again.

Cons:

Shuttle: Slow. Called the hotel from the airport to request the shuttle (as normal) but after 20mins it hadn’t arrived so called again to see if it was coming. It then took another 20mins before it arrived.

information about the hotel shuttle. The signs at the airport are lacking. I called the staff at the hotel 3 times for more explicit information about the shuttle pick up. I suggest 2 things: 1. on your website list specific info and pictures for locating the hotel shuttle at the airport. 2. Train the staff to say the right words : "Go one level below baggage claim, follow signs for hotel shuttle, then Head to the right past the large Hilton sign, then you will see signs for the Ride share and Hotel shuttle.

Cons:

1. Rude, unfriendly staff at the lobby who are clueless about hospitality
2. Sticky floor
3. Spongy mattress
4. Apart from a tiny bottle of drinking water that came with the room, I couldn't find any other. No option to buy water, either
5. In house restaurant food (dinner, ala carte) was horrible, perhaps recooked from some ready made meal packet
6. Water pressure was super high in the shower. No option to adjust pressure

A perfect hotel for an overnight airport stay.
Pros:

I landed at midnight, so appreciated the 24 hour shuttle. Not all airport hotels offer free shuttle service after midnight.
Close to the airport, quiet, clean, great value.

Pros:

The bed was comfortable

Cons:

The staff could have been friendlier, the elevator was loud and sounded like it needed maintenance, the shower was hard to adjust and was too hot and did not drain well.

Great location and comfy sleep!
Pros:

Parking was free and well lit. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were fluffy. The room was very large as well.

Cons:

Nothing - it was great! But you can hear/feel the planes - but it’s expected at an airport hotel and my earplugs blocked it out.
