Great room and staff but pool upkeep was gross and not clean.
Pros:

The staff was amazing and very helpful.

Cons:

The pool was not clean, floating leaves, cups and bird poop covered the patio and chairs making it hard to sit or enjoy time at the pool. The elevator was also out.
