The room was good, bed was comfortable enough. The bathroom was basic. Access from truck was good.

Unfortunately, two stars. I stayed in Room 218, which I would specifically avoid, it is located right by a very noisy stairwell, and I could frequently hear people coming and going.
More importantly, the room was not adequately cleaned before check-in. The carpet was visibly stained throughout, the shower needed a thorough cleaning, there was dried beverage residue on the desk area, and I found a piece of used soap with shaved hairs left behind in the shower. How do you miss something like that?? The HVAC also produced a strong urine-like odor whenever it ran. PLEASE see photos attached, I don’t complain without receipts :)
I reported the cleanliness issues *during* my stay, and the hotel acknowledged that the bathroom, surfaces, and carpeting should have received greater attention before my arrival. Despite reporting this while I was still a guest, I was never offered a room change or even a housekeeping visit to address the bathroom and other cleaning issues.
I later asked about a partial credit and was told they couldn’t provide one because I booked through a third party. The booking company then told me they could issue a credit if the hotel authorized it, however, the hotel declined to provide that authorization and said there was nothing further they could do.
The front desk staff were friendly and polite, and the pool area was clean and relaxing. The complimentary breakfast appeared to have a nice selection…. although after seeing the nasty conditions of my room, I did not feel comfortable eating food prepared or served at the property.
I don’t expect luxury from a moderately priced hotel. I do expect a clean room. I paid approximately $130 per night and would not stay here again. I would advise travelers to skip this property entirely.
Stay at the Anderson School nearby instead. Stay ANYWHERE else.

The lobby staff were always friendly and helpful. We appreciated the laundry room, and used it several times. We enjoyed the pool, and courtyard for playing with our 4 year old. Nice to have squiggljng room. It was a good value for the price. We also liked using the walking trail that runs along back.

Rundown. While our room was technically clean the hallway carpets were filthy and the facilities are beyond tired.

Easy to get to freeways.
Ask for fridge and microwave. Got microwave, and they replaced fridge that was not keeping cold.

Great hotel, we had dogs and a great grass area for dogs.

It was run down and not cared for-old, dirty carpets in hallways. And then room was dirty upon arrival-still toothpaste on mirror and faucet. I asked front desk for a new room and none were available. I knew area was sold out because of soccer tournament otherwise I would have moved. But also hotel was not going to give me any money back because it was non-refundable. Even though they didn’t have another room to switch me to and mine was obviously not cleaned. I mean when you can see obvious bathroom filth from prior guests makes you look at everything which I did and one bed sheets were questionable. One looked clean just wrinkled. Luckily it was just 1 person. The floor had multiple huge stains but with dirty state of the bathroom I feel someone could have been vacuumed-so I never walked around without shoes on. There was a huge nail polish stain on floor and furniture, big dirt or black stains. It’s just dirty and not cared for. I went to Target and got disinfectant wipes and cleaner to wipe down and clean hotel room myself. Then the reason I picked this hotel was the outdoor pool and it was closed for a day which was a hot beautiful, sunny day and my last 2 days it was overcast and stormy (which was in the forecast -so staff could see this I’m sure). But for it to be closed ALL day was ridiculous. Get someone out and fix your main amenity. The food for breakfast was not replenished for the number of people eating and was cold and some items never stocked each day -like fruit etc.

Hotel is tremendously but the bathroom is not clean properly..House keeper need to do a better Job.

I arrived in the early morning due to an early flight time . They were sold out so I had to wait for a room to be cleaned. The hotel staff worked very hard to get me a room as soon as possible so I could make it to a wedding on time. I was extremely impressed and grateful with their service .

The pool was great and the staff was friendly!
