My reservation was canceled the day of our arrival. I tried to call and verify but no answer from the person that called me.

Housekeeping could be more detailed, location convenient, young woman at front desk was wonderful.

The young lady at the front desk who checked us in was very polite and helpful.

Cons:

When we arrived to our room we noticed the bathtub faucet had a bad leak and the tub was full of water, almost overflowing. The bath mat hanging on the edge of the tub was soaked but helped prevent the tub from overflowing. If we had checked in at a later time the tub would have overflowed. The room smelled like a dog and there were large crumbs and pieces of dog biscuits along all of the bases of the furniture and a/c unit.

It was clean and a good location

Cons:

Only one elevator works and the only way you could enter day or night was through the front door. None of the fobs on the exterior doors worked. And after 11 pm when my wife tried to reenter through the front it would not open and a staff member had to let her in, even with her room key.

Cons:

Booked room with balcony on booking.com. Was told by property that none were available when we checked in. No one notified us of this prior. If I had known this, I would have booked at another hotel that had more amenities such as free breakfast. TV was outdated. Streaming not available although advertised at property.

The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had in my life
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

We checked in a room that smelled like weed and heavy body odor. When I told the front desk about this, he moved me to a different room that smelled surprisingly even worse. After trying to get a refund, they denied it. We ended up not staying there and left.

Pros:

The mini fridge didn't get cold called maintenance about got a like better. Could have used a cooler and ice to do better the the fridge. Ac in the was blow hot at 70 degrees had to keep the temperature at 60 to try to keep the room cool
