We checked in a room that smelled like weed and heavy body odor. When I told the front desk about this, he moved me to a different room that smelled surprisingly even worse. After trying to get a refund, they denied it. We ended up not staying there and left.

The location is in a good place

The ice machine was broke, my balcony door was broke. I called and told front desk and they kinda brushed it off . So we had to sleep with the door half way open. That was a big safety concern for me. I asked for my money back and they said I had to go through booking.com. The staff were not friendly and all complaints was if they didn’t care. The phone didn’t work. Basic cable and some channels didn’t work and off track. My stay was horrible.

The staff was rude.. They called me around 3 about checking in and to make sure I still needed my rooms after I had already confirmed my reservation.. Then was telling us we had to pay over the phone to when clearly the website says pay at property! So I’ll tell him we was 47 mins away and was coming straight there and he said okay I will Make sure I keep your 3 rooms… when arriving almost 10 minutes early from speeding to get there.. which check in wasn’t until 4 and we got the at 3:47, they tell us that one of our rooms were canceled due to high demand.. which I booked my room back in April for this concert! And told us they had nothing else to accommodate us but our two rooms with 6 adults (couples). my rooms were $110 because of early reservation.. But then was trying to accommodate ppl rite in our faces for a double room for $400 a night.. not to mention 4 ppl ppl also checked in with no problem and one of them had 4 rooms reserved.. Called and complained to booking and they said they was going to accommodate us because they don’t tolerate stuff like that and was also gone speak to hotel manager and call us back in 20 mins with a new reservation to another hotel that could accommodate us and that he canceled our other 2 rooms that we had already paid for.. While waiting for the call 20 minutes went back no call received so I decided to call back to see what was going and another representative informed me that her associate was working on it and he would give me a call shortly.. rushing to go to concert I just went to one of my friends room and got dressed. Never received a call or had a place to stay and I was over 3 hours from home and we expained that to the ppl at the hotel and to booking and it’s like me and my family didn’t matter they left us stranded with no where to go and never refunded our money.. other ppl that was with us got there early and was able to check in due to the checking in early..

There were people in the exterior and stairwell areas tripping on drugs folded forward, the room was NOT clean there was human hair in the showers, trash and debris or rugged floors and the ac units must have dirty filters as everytime they cut on me and my 2 year old felt congested and sneezing all night

This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed on a vacation.

Check in took over 30 minutes due to lack of staff. The room was very outdated. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The elevator sounded like it was going to break.

The bathroom was gross...hair from previous guest still n shower and shower curtain was disgusting those should be wash after every stay just like sheets. Last guest bath cloth was still hanging onn the shower. Hall way was extremely hot like
They didn't have air. Air conditioning in roon was set a timer so some part of the night would get really hot.

The carpet was so nasty, the faucet on the sink was about to fall off, and the tub wasn't clean.

The 1st room was absolutely terrible, I wouldn’t even take my shoes off, absolutely disgusting.

Hotel rug and elevator were dirty. Need vacuuming real bad!! Breakfast area was closed because of Fire Marshall issues. Didn’t get a voucher for an area breakfast place or discount on stay.

One door was working, carpet dirty , curtains look horrible,

I told the staff that our tv wasn't working and they didn't send anyone to look at it or fix it ... I feel like I deserve a free night or discount because I had kids in there
