Pros:

1 km from the centre in a quiet part of the city. Island an centre can be easily reached walking along the Donau. Super breakfast. Nice hotel. Refurbished mostly. Excellent value. Take the rooms with dDonau view. Superb views.

Hier fühlt man sich von rundum wohl
Pros:

Tolle Lage mit Blick auf die Donau. Hotel sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre. Zimmer wurden täglich gemacht. Personal sehr nett und achtsam. Frühstück lecker. Auch Abendessen im Bistro unerwartet positiv zubereitet. Auto einfach am Hotel zu parken. Hier kommen wir gerne wieder.

Η τοποθεσία σχετικά ήταν καλή και το κρεβάτι άνετο

Cons:

Η αντιμετώπιση της ρεσεψιόν σε προβλήματα που ήδη υπήρχαν στο δωμάτιο . Έκλεισα αυτό το ξενοδοχείο για το κλιματισμό και την πισίνα ! Η πισίνα δεν λειτουργούσε γιατί κάναν συντήρηση !!! Οταν μπήκα στο δωμάτιο ανάβω τον κλιματισμό κ έσβηνε ! Κάλεσα τη ρεσεψιόν κ μ είπε να τσεκάρω το παράθυρο αφού τ τσέκαρα κ ήταν κλειστό ξανακάνω τη ρεσεψιόν και τους ενημερώνω για ότι συνεχίζει να υπάρχει το πρόβλημα ! Μετά από μισή ώρα ήρθε ένα ευγενικός επιστάτης ο οποίος διαπίστωσε ότι είχαν χαλάσει τα μαγνητάκια τ παραθύρου με αποτέλεσμα να το βλέπει ψευδώς ανοιχτό τονπαραθυρο και να μην λειτουργεί τ κλιματιστικό το κλιματιστικό . Επειδή βιαζόμουν να ετοιμαστώ τους ζήτησα να με μεταφέρουν σε άλλο δωμάτιο και τ αρνήθηκαν με την πρόφαση ότι δεν υπήρχε άλλο διαθέσιμο ! Μετά από μια ώρα περίπου το έφτιαξε αλλά μ είπε ο επιστάτης να μην ανοιξω το παράθυρο γιατί μπορεί να έχει πάλι πρόβλημα !!! Αφού πήγα κατά πολύ καθυστερημένη στη δουλειά μου γυρνάω το βράδυ να κάνω ένα ντους και πέφτει η βάση του ντους στο κεφάλι μου ! Ήταν εντελώς ξεβιδώτη !!!!!!αν είναι δυνατόν!!!! Σε και σαν να μη φτάνει αυτό τα νερά λίμναζαν στη μπανιέρα! Πάω στη ρεσεψιόν και τους λέω για τον βάση της ντουζιέρα και η απάντηση ήταν oh I am sorry !!! Τους ξανά ζητάω να αλλάξω δωμάτιο γιατί είναι απαράδεκτο όλο αυτό σε δωμάτιο που κοστίζει τόσα χρήματα κ μ λένε ότι έχουν ενα με 2 μόνα και ότι αύριο θα έχουν με διπλό κ τους λέω οκ για να μην αλλάζουνε θα μείνω σήμερα σε αυτό και αλλάζουμε αύριο! Δεν ασχολήθηκαν καθόλου απαθέστατοι ! Ούτε τεχνικό δεν καλέσανε να το φτιάξει. Την επόμενη μέρα έρχεται η καθαρίστρια η μόνη που από ΜΟΝΗ της τ είδε κ ασχολήθηκε κ φώναξε άμεσα τεχνικό να το φτιάξει! Η καθαρίστρια ΟΧΙ η ρεσεψιόν ! Η μόνη υπεύθυνη εκεί μέσα ! Αυτό π μ εξόργισε ήταν η απάθεια τους και η απροθυμία να βρουν λύση γιατί αναποδιές μπορεί να συμβούν και αν το είχαν αντιμετωπίσει σωστά δεν θα έκανα αυτή τη κριτική ! Λυπάμαι πολύ γιατί το παρουσιάζουν ανακαινισμένο και είναι παρατημένο το δωμάτιο
