Great views and a comfortable room, though the service could be improved.
Pros:

The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The balcony overlooked My Khe Beach, offering a fantastic view. The breakfast selection was good, and it was easy to get around using Grab from the hotel. The front desk staff were helpful, and communication in English was smooth.

Cons:

The hotel is not directly on the beachfront, but it's only a short walk away, so the location is still convenient. However, the room service staff and the breakfast café staff spoke very limited English, making communication difficult even with the help of a translation app.

We had a fantastic stay at Sala Danang Beach Hotel, and it was the perfect way to end our holiday in Vietnam.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the entire team. The hotel’s location is excellent, directly opposite the beautiful My Khe Beach and only a short drive from the city center and many of Da Nang’s most famous attractions.

Our room was modern, spacious, very comfortable, and impeccably clean. Housekeeping maintained an exceptional standard throughout our stay, and we always returned to a perfectly prepared room.

Excellent Breakfast

Breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. The variety was outstanding, offering both Vietnamese and international dishes, fresh fruit, pastries, made-to-order egg dishes, and many healthy options.

We especially loved the fresh croissants, which were among the best we had during our trip, and the Iberico ham, which was absolutely delicious.

If we could make one small suggestion, it would be regarding the coffee. We found the regular coffee a little too strong for our taste, and the cappuccino contained slightly more milk than we usually prefer. Apart from that, the breakfast was excellent every single morning.

The greatest strength of Sala Danang Beach Hotel is undoubtedly its people.

Every member of the team was warm, friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a genuine smile.

We would especially like to thank Chloe Huyen, the Guest Relations Officer, for her outstanding hospitality. From the very beginning, she made us feel truly welcome and was always available whenever we had a question or needed assistance. Her kindness, professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for the guests made a lasting impression on my us. She went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

We had an amazing stay at Sala Danang Beach Hotel. The location is perfect, right across from My Khe Beach and in the heart of Da Nang, making it easy to explore the city. We were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade for a birthday celebration, which made our stay even more special. The beach view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, and waking up to the ocean every morning was unforgettable. The rooftop infinity swimming pool is stunning, offering incredible panoramic views of the beach and city. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunset. The breakfast buffet had a fantastic variety of fresh and delicious options, and the overall atmosphere throughout the hotel was vibrant and welcoming. Every member of the staff was warm, professional, and always ready to help, making our stay truly memorable.

Nothing at all. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we had a wonderful stay.

Cons:

We requested an extra night accommodation as we were evacuated from Ha Long Bay due to typhoon coming. We contacted the hotel and they said they could hold and accommodate us in the same room if we paid on arrival. Unfortunately, we were flying when this message was sent so on landing, I sent a message accepting the offer, only to arrive at the hotel to be told the room had been given to someone else. We were very disappointed as they said they would hold the room (there was no time limit specified) We were offered a reasonable rate for a suite which we took and moved out of the next day to our allocated room. The suite was large and had a bed on a platform which was very hard to get in and out of - I was much happier with the next room but grateful that we could be accommodated.

Rekommenderas varmt! Alla i familjen, två vuxna och två äldre tonåringar var lika nöjda med boendet.

Mycket trevlig personal, fina rum, för en gångs skull fick vi den kategori vi bokat vilket har varit lite si och så med under vår resa i Vietnam. Otroligt bra frukost, allt var gott och även övrig mat som serverades på hotellet var mycket bra. Den fina poolterassen var också ett plus.

Cons:

Allt var toppen. Om jag skulle anmärka på något så var det lite synd att Spa behandlingar skulle bokas minst en dag i förväg. Men å andra sidan finns det massa andra salonger nära hotellet som har drop in. Till ett betydligt billigare pris
