Pros:

Великолепное место, чистота, смена полотенец ежедневная, есть пляжные полотенца. Завтраки прекрасные и бесплатный полдник с хорошим выбором сэндвичей, сладостей и фруктов. Трансфер в аэропорт бесплатный. . Бассейн и бар на последнем этаже выше всяких похвал.

Enjoyed our stay at Sala Danang
Pros:

Good location, friendly staff. Free afternoon tea everyday was great. Good variety at breakfast.
Pool was warm and good size.
Approx 30 minute walk to market and Dragon bridge but close to beach, restaurants etc.

Cons:

Bed was a little bit hard for us.

Kleiner Pool auf der Dachterasse, jedoch sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Fitnessstudio super, da immer geöffnet

Cons:

Everything was perfect, we stayed for 2 nights and everything was amazing including the spa and the swimming pool.
When we left the hotel and noticed that my Samsung tablet was lost!
We are sure that the tablet was in my bag before bringing us out benlonging (when my Gf checked in and took her passport, she saw the tablet in my bag before)!
The staff was friendly and they checked the cameras but still the answer we got "sorry for your loss"

Topp Hotel!!
Pros:

Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt.Es war auf unsere Urlaubsreise das beste Hotel.Frühstücksbüffet absolute spitze.Es ist alles vorhanden(asiatisches und europäisches Essen)Zimmer mit super Ausblick.Pool mit schattigen Liegeplätze auf dem Dach.Kleine Bar ist auch beim Pool.Personal immer sehr freundlich.Oberhalb des Pools ist noch ein japanisches Restaurant.Essen ist dort absolute Spitzenklasse.Kann man nur empfehlen.

True hospitality at a beautiful beach resort
Pros:

Amazing property, 3 min walk from Da Nang main beach, rooms were incredible - fantastic views across the ocean, team members were all so professional, genuine and welcoming. Special thanks to the Guest Relations Manager Tien who went above and beyond helping make all our plans each day, Phoung and Phoung An (best Vietnamese massage), Huyen who took care us at breakfast Giam and General Manager who left a personalised note with some tea. Love this place and can't recommend highly enough - will definitely be back and already missing it!! Thanks all!!!

Lovely Hotel With Room for Improvement
Pros:

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Sala Da Nang Beach Hotel. The hotel itself is nice, with a great location, beautiful views and good facilities. I also appreciated being able to continue using the hotel facilities after checking out, which was very convenient before my flight.

Cons:

There were a number of small service issues that made the experience less seamless than it could have been. I was advised that room service and the kitchen would be available until a certain time, but when I tried to order, I was initially told they had already closed or were about to. They did eventually make the food, but I then had to wait a significant amount of time for something that should have taken no more than around 20 minutes.

There were also a few confusing interactions with staff. I was told I couldnt sit in a particular area in the lobby for a specific reason, only to find that the reason given didn't actually seem to apply.

When collecting my luggage, I handed over the luggage tag/holding tag, but was then asked which bag was mine anyway, which made me wonder what the purpose of the tag was.

The airport shuttle was also not particularly convenient, as it only operates every two hours. Having a shuttle every hour would make it much more useful for guests with different flight times

The room was not ready at promised 2pm. Infact, we came back for check-in around 2:30pm+. The room was not ready.
