Top rated hotel in Downtown SF and right next to public transit.
Pros:

One of the best breakfast I have had. Staff were extremely polite and welcoming. The gym is outstanding, not seen one with so many equipments and a large space. Location is great, but lots of homeless people around.

Did what it needed to
Pros:

Stayed two nights at this hotel and apart from sleep, we didn't do much there. We ate elsewhere and out for most of our 2 days in the City. Okay hotel, near Union Square. Was kept clean, and rooms had all the usual amenities you would expect.

Very nice facility
Pros:

Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Sound proofing could be a little better, especially between floors in the bathroom. It wasn't terrible, but definitely could be better.
