Beautiful lobby, basic rooms.
Pros:

Great location, big rooms.

Cons:

Advertising a queen bed, but they use full beds. The blankets for the pull out couch were old and falling apart. Average rooms.

First time in SF , Parc 55 was very good choice
Pros:

Location is perfect. Our room was spacious. There is distilled water dispenser in the hotel. You don’t wait for elevators there are many :). Staff were very helpful. Next to Cable Car starting point. Lots of cafes in walking distance.

El personal muy amable

Cons:

No estacionamiento, cobran $91.00 adicional y estaba lleno que me enviaron a uno público dos cuadras más, las camas muy pequeñas, quise café y la cafetera estaba por dentro podrida y olía muy mal, me hospedé con 4 personas más y solo nos dieron 2 toallas y que si quería más debía pagar extra, la habitación se supone que era para 5 y el sofá cama tenía un hoyo el colchón, tuvimos que dormir en el piso…. Pedimos cambio de habitación y me dijeron que el hotel estaba lleno….. terrible experiencia.

Liked it! We would stay again.
Pros:

Overall excellence of your staff, cleanliness, appearance of security staff, location near Union Square, nice view from 19th floor.

Cons:

Close proximity to the Tenderloin neighborhood. Driving into your neighborhood was concerning. We got the idea by the time we registered that we should avoid walking west or northwest from the hotel.

Comfortable but dated

Location, gym is great, comfortable but dated
