Friendly, cultural, warm, fun, and welcoming.
Pros:

The location is excellent, and the staff are attentive and friendly. Their breakfast is always served with a variety of nutritious food. When my friend had a problem with their bathroom ceiling, the hotel immediately sent a technician to inspect it and moved them to a new room as soon as one became available. Later, my fried received a sincere apology from the hotel alongside a fruit platter. Overall, their service was fantastic, polite, and effective.

Cons:

The rooms are a bit outdated, and the two elevators are small, which can lead to longer wait times when going up and down the building.
