Guest Reviews
Sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal. Schöne Atmosphäre im Hotel. Tolles Frühstück in angenehmen Räumlichkeiten.
Location was good, close to night markets, most tours will pick up from this location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was amazing. Everything was clearly labelled with a seperate vegetarian section on some days. Had lunch twice in the restaurant during our stay, food was good. Will definitely stay again.
Shower cubicle a bit narrow. Would be nice to have a hook to hang the hand towel near the sink. Fitness centre missing an exercise bike. Otherwise all good.

Breakfast was fine. Loved the variety. The lady cooking omelette was exceptional.
Nothing in particular
What impressed us most was the professional and guest-oriented approach of the management team. Our feedback was genuinely taken seriously and translated into immediate, meaningful action. The new room was absolutely fantastic and exceeded our expectations. This is what we consider best-in-class customer service: listening, taking ownership, and turning feedback into tangible improvements. A big thank you to the management team for their exceptional commitment to guest satisfaction!
Unfortunately, our initial room did not meet our expectations, which led us to raise our concerns with management. Ideally, the quality and overall guest experience should have been consistent from the moment of check-in. However, we truly appreciated how seriously the management took our feedback and how effectively they addressed the situation.
The stuff was great, the hotel was next to the market , the room was clean and the mattress was the best thing
The shower , the water wasn’t hot enough and it came very slow
Breakfast buffet was great because of the offert selection for various nationalities.
Stuff took really care of guests and buffet.
Nothing !
