A very Average experience!
Pros:

The room was comfortable.
Staff was friendly!

Cons:

I called the front desk on Sunday morning & spoke with Elsa to request clean towels & for the room to get clean. I did let her know we would be out all day long.
When we returned, our trash was still there, all the dirty towels still there, so basically no one had gone in to clean it.
I called front desk again, a guy answered so I informed him & asked him to please send someone that we would be taking our daughter to the swimming pool & would be gone for the next 3 hrs. When we got back all they did was drop off some towels on top of the bed & picked up the wet ones from the floor.
By the time we left on Monday morning, our trash was overflowing!
How can we not get cleaning Service for the entire weekend if I paid almost $500 for Two Nights.
We stay @ hotels all of the time & this was Very disappointing. We would not be returning guests @ this particular hotel.

It was mostly pleasant, especially the restaurant/sports bar, but fix that noisy ice machine!
Pros:

Convenient location near the Oakland airport, spacious mostly comfortable room and bed, helpful staff, and quite a good restaurant for both dinner and breakfast. Shuttle to the airport.

Cons:

My room was located on the first floor at the end of a long hallway, next to a parking lot and the trash removal area. I worried about noise, but it turned out they weren't the source of the noise problem. The ice machine across the hall from me was. It was so loud that it kept me up for quite awhile.

Best overall pick for what’s available in the area. Will always stay here!
Pros:

Our second time staying here and we love it. It’s quiet, clean, parking lot feels safe and is also clean. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is pretty decent and the staff there bust their humps to serve everyone all the things. The breakfast is pretty decent if you get there before 8:30am it winds down after that to what’s left but I’ve had way worse before. We will choose to stay here anytime we are in the area for a concert. The beds are SUPERA COMFORTABLE and the rooms are spacious.

Not a bad thing to say.

I will stay there again if I have an early flight out of Oakland. Saves a lot of unnecessary stress.
Pros:

Being able to leave my car there for 5 days.

Cons:

The little light between the beds either didn’t work or I couldn’t find the switch.
