When I went to shower the shampoo was out, however the front desk immediately came up to change it when I let them know.

The breakfast was inconsistent everyday not having any eggs or lacking choices felt as if they threw out whatever was around in the kitchen. Stayed for 4 day only 1 day breakfast was disappointing compared to similar hotels false advertising.

Malgré que le séjour ai été déjà payé sur PayPal,un des employés m'a demandé ma carte de crédit et a essayé de prélever le même montant, heureusement ma banque a refusé le paiement ce qui à occasionné un blocage de carte et m'a mis dans l'embarras. De plus il fallait demander à ce que l'on nettoie votre chambre sinon ils vous laissaient pendant plusieurs jours sans faire le lit ni changer les serviettes. Quand au petit déjeuner il se réduit vraiment à son strict minimum, il manquait toujours quelque chose. En résumé si vous avez le choix passez votre chemin !

There was a leak in the shower that was too loud and it is very obvious it needed fixing.
There is no need to knock on my door at 9 to tell me the check out time is at 11.
Breakfast needs a lot of help.
Common areas need a facelift.

Brud. Wszędzie było brudno. Brudna pościel, w łazience wszędzie były jakieś włosy- na podłodze, w prysznicu. I jeszcze prośba o napiwek za „posprzątanie pokoju”

The booking was made through Booking.com - Booked two queen beds, on arrival there was only one king bed. Notified the front desk. They couldn't help "because the reservations were made with someone other than the hotel itself". Front desk provided phone # for bookings customer service. After quite an evolution later, things got straightened out. My biggest beef is with booking.com, not the hotel. The only thing about the hotel I didn't like was the smell of the room. It seemed as the AC was not removing moisture. Everything seemed to stay damp. I removed the very dirty air filters from the AC, cleaned them with warm water and dish soap, dried them and reinstalled. It still smelled. Went to Wal Mart and purchased some Fabreze air freshener and some Ozium. It took a day or so, but we got the stink/musty smell to go away. I don't know if it stayed away or not. Room 132. Not the first Motel/Hotel to have a stinky room. It wouldn't keep me from coming back.

Room was clean but not the tile floor at entry and bathroom. Staff did come in and clean after I asked them too.

It was filthy. They moved our room because the first was not clean and the second room was just as bad. I had to ask for bleach wipes to clean the toilet and shower myself—visible urine, feces and body hair. There was debris on the floor, muddy footprints on the tile. The first room was similar. The front desk said multiple people had complained about their rooms and they were “investigating if the maid had quit or was going to.”
No refund or any apology. Contacted Wyndham and they referred it to the property who copied my complaint in their response acknowledging it but offering no apology or refund. Breakfast was fair but we went down around 7:30-8 and half of it was still being set out (they start serving at 6/6:30.) out of the multiple places we stayed on this trip, this was the worst by FAR.

There was no soap. None. Not hand soap. Shower soap was empty. Hot tub was broken and drained. Pool in the am was closed until further notice. Breakfast was very skimpy. Waffles or two types of cold cereal. Hard boiled eggs. Oatmeal. Yogurt.
