Cons:

Dirty, very poor location, coffee at breakfast was very watered down, no choice in food, cant really think of anything nice to say about it.

Pros:

No breakfast, furniture was in the hallway, the website said no animals allowed and there were dogs barking and running in the hallway. It just wasn't a very good experience!

Cons:

We didn't have a lock on the door, just a lot of small things plus the fact it had animals when the website it did not allow animals!

Wanted it to be better.

No place to hang clothes in room
No mirror outside of bathroom.
Said breakfast included but had apples coffee, white bread and 2 kinds of cereal only.
Juice machine out of order
No staff at front desk to check out because they had to work in kitchen as kitchen staff didn’t show up for work.

The room was not clean!! Bathroom had no toilet paper, soap or Kleenex. Had to go to front desk to ask for some. Bathtub was dirty hair in it!!! We didn’t use!!!!!

I wish I had stayed somewhere else for this price.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was very clean. I didn't use the pool but it was clean.

Cons:

Curtains looked like they had been there since the hotel was built.The back of them were so cracked,the light from the courtyard shone right through. The breakfast was nothing but carbs, not a single protein or fruit was offered.

First time there, great first impression
Pros:

The beds were firm, the AC was cold, the shower was consistently hot. There were no critters anywhere, and there was a big container of free ice water in the lobby. The front desk lady was so nice, she really made us feel welcome.

Awful.
Pros:

One staff person.

Cons:

I didn't like anything about the hotel. Dirty, unfinished, broken lamps, curtains, filthy bathroom, I cleaned bathroom after staff gave me mop and cleaner. Too much to tell. Terrible experience.

We four suggest to avoid this hotel and look for another place in Rapid City!

Cons:

Run-down, dirty place. Staff incompetent. Dead animal next to patio, feces in pool, hot tub and gym closed.
Very poor breakfast: juice dispenser and coffee machine broken, no knives, no butter, no jelly, no fruit.
Ripped blanket, refrigerator was sticky, old bottle on floor,etc.
