Fine place to sleep and stay if you’re wanting to be near the beach, but otherwise nothing special.
Pros:

An amazing location in Solana Beach! Room was very clean and staff were welcoming.

Cons:

Building exterior was a bit dingy, and lobby and common areas were not very clean— in need of a refresh.Parking was an additional $35 per day paid to another company.

Good spot to land for a few nights on Solana Beach
Pros:

Beautiful patio/pool area. Nice hot tub. Very easy spot for your morning coffee and walkable for restaurants and beaches!

Cons:

Noisy.
Upstairs neighbors TV, and train.

Their policy, not to clean the room everyday, was a dealbreaker. We had to ask for towels for those days they didn’t clean.
