Access in and out was poorly sign posted & challenging. Also check in online didn’t work. kiosk on site did but no info on the property (including on the TV) so didn’t know where gym was etc…

Would try somewhere else next time but it was ok.
Pros:

Comfortable and large bed. Clean and modern.

Cons:

Hard to get into carpark - no instructions on check in (press the button to get door to go up). Pillows too high. Towels ridiculously small for adults. Air conditioning system very noisy. Happy hour at bar didn’t include cocktails. Room service not hot. Room service person told us to turn the television down by 9 pm like we were children (we were just playing some YouTube music videos at normal volume when they delivered food at 7:45).

A comfortable and clean venue but hidden away a bit if walking on foot to hotel.
Pros:

Nice, large and comfortable bed. Good hot water flow in shower. Easy book in with friendly staff. A good array of food for breakfast to cover most tastes.

Cons:

The cups in the room were too small. Providing mugs as well would be a good option.
There was no liquid hand wash in bathroom.
