Pros:

A female staff member was amazing as I desperately needed wrapping paper for a present. She went above and beyond to find me a roll in her office as well as sticky tape and scissors. She was awesome.

Pleasant short staycation in a great location enabling us to get into the CBD with ease.
Pros:

The room was clean and very comfortable, great location close to metro, buses and train so easy to get around.

It was great once we were moved to our room we booked.
Pros:

We liked that they tried to accommodate us the best they could when room was double booked. We had to ask to move the second day and they accommodated this. This room was very roomy and ideal for our family.

Cons:

Didn't like that the toaster didn't work properly.

Great location next to the metro.

Cons:

There seems to be no aircon control in the room. We turned it all the way down and it kept pumping hot air. Asked for a blanket as we get to hot under the duvet. We never got a clear answer from reception and we didn't get a blanket. Finally we had to ask for the room to be serviced. Which means in to stays totaling 8 days we have had the room serviced twice. You need more staff.
