Location, superior quality fittings in the room, parking on site & late check out so I could work prior to my meeting in the city. Great desk and chair to work at & my room service dinner was divine. Nice views and all round excellent quality service, I really enjoyed my stay. Will definitely stay again.
My room was very close to the lift so it was a bit noisy.

Other guests were very loud, yelling in hallway, tv on high volume after 12 midnight. I made a noise complaint to reception after 12 midnight, but nothing was done and noise continued.
Room was nice, hotel was in good location
I asked for sofa bed to be set up prior to our stay as we have young children it wasn’t done. Then I called for sheets waited 20 minutes no one brought any so I went to reception and a gentle said he’d bring some up and he did Hoover two sheets and the doona were stain as well as the sofa bed mattress stained and dirty

Of a form of compensation and was told no but I could have a discounted breakfast which I did t want as we were leaving early nothing further was done very disappointing
The apartment was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The location was great, and we enjoyed our stay overall.
The only disappointing part was the parking. I paid for a parking space before arriving, but when I got there, I was told it was full and had to park on the street for the first night. The next day I requested a refund for the parking fee and was told they would get back to me. On the day of check-out, they spent about 30 minutes verifying my payment and even took photos of the transaction from my phone, but in the end they said they couldn’t help and asked me to send an email instead. This could have been handled much better.
Location was excellent and the Metro station adjacent to the hotel along with the dedicated parking for the cars. IGA Grocery store is also near by . What else can one wish for?
Everything was available in the room which made the visit a memorable one. Just a suggestion if they can add up a small microwave in the room that can do wonders. I did ask the staff for a microwave to heat my food and they said they don't have that provision.

Too far off the main road and had to walk up the narrow car entrance road. Almost got run over in the dark
