Great stopver when travleeing to the snow fields
Pros:

Great place to stop overnight on the way to the snow. Very comfortable bed and well appointed room. Room service was a large serve and tasty, It came in a timely manner.

Cons:

I do think parking should be included and breakfast is quite expensive.

Great for a short stay and close to Parliament House.
Pros:

Easy access. Great staff. Secure parking. Breakfast was great. Great bed.

Cons:

Décor is tired. No smart TV to stream. Place just needs an update but it was fine.

It was well below what we expected.
Pros:

Parking and the breakfast.

Cons:

There is mou;ld in the shower and the mattress needs to be replaced ASAP. We kept rolling into the middle, and woke uo with a sore back. Trying to connect your phone to the tv was a joke. The instructions are not clear so we didnt bother. You could at least have Tubi and Youtube which are free.

Overall I would choose to stay again if I had to travel to this location.
Pros:

My room was spacious with everything I needed and the bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. Bathroom was roomy and shower water flow was good.

Cons:

I did not like the room's unnatural ventilation. I would prefer a window or balcony that provides fresh air flow. I did notice while staying that balcony rooms were an option. The cover charge for breakfast is great if you like a big breakfast but a little more than I like to pay given that I don't eat very much.

We got what we expected but a very well placed hotel for what we needed
Pros:

the accommodation - good sized room and comfortable. Public areas were nice. excellent bed.

Cons:

The meal that my husband ate was appalling worse than a poor pub meal.
Wine very expensive.

A comfortable base.
Pros:

Rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast was OK. Staff helpful.

Cons:

The obsession with QR codes. If you won't have printed information, at least put it on the television. The use of QR codes makes Hotels look lazy and uncaring.
