there was no soap, or shampoo filled up- it was empty

An able bodied person does not prefer wheelchair access bathrooms ever

The rooms are good, the lady at reception was great

Cons:

No vending machine for snacks. The restaurant didn’t have much options.
No shops close by in the area, if you don’t have a car

very expensive parking, breakfast, mini bar

exiting carpark did not work properly, number plate recognition worked on entrance but not on exit but problem eventually fixed
car exit was a problem for many patrons

Brilliant hotel , beautiful staff but cold breakfast frequently.
Pros:

Room and safe were lovely.

Cons:

The breakfast bundle wasn't that great I felt both days my food was cold and it was extremely hard to eat so went elsewhere for breakfast.

Pros:

The first impression of the interior foyer bar/restaurant/lounge area was exceptional. Room corridors were very spacious with excellent artworks leading to a very spacious room/suite separate lounge and bedroom equipped with luxurious king bed large bathroom including a bathtub. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of hot and cold foods all very fresh and well presented. We will use this hotel next time in Canberra. Highly recommended.
