Pros:

Just Location .

Cons:

Front Reception not well come , negative and rude he should not say I am not Ok ! After I apologise for my friend but not her fals we just not understanding each other ! , the room not clean , heater not worked well. This is bad experience i never had.

Stay in the Parliamentary circle at a reasonable price.
Pros:

Nice hotel at a very reasonable price. Very good bar/bistro. The food was amazing and the ambiance with the gas fire and gardens and high ceiling in the bar was very nice.

Warm, Comfortable, Suitable
Pros:

Bed was comfortable.
Jack at breakfast was amazing and very attentive. His coffee making skills are EXCELLENT! He even got us onto the loyalty programme.
Variety at breakfast was great as well.
Aesthetically, the trees and all the greenery in the restaurant area was beautiful as well.

Cons:

The TV had no sound but the reception staff said to unplug the cords and re-plug them in, after I did that it was working fine. There was an issue with the chromecast not working for streaming - I know some hotel TV's have a block on them so it could've been the issue.

A Very Pleasant Stay.
Pros:

Parking overnight was great, room was very spacious and the bathroom was clean and well-stocked. The bed was extremely comfortable and there was a choice of pillows.

Cons:

It would've been nice to have some fresh milk in the minibar for tea and coffee. Apart from that, everything else was great.
