I would definitely return to the QT
Pros:

The convenience of being within walking distance to the city centre, and a cozy bar to boot.

Cons:

There was some roadworks which made getting there a bit tricky.

one night was all we needed and it was fit for purpose

The bar and grill and the room size

Cons:

The access due to road works was a challenge and we could have been forewarned
The bed was sagging in the matress centre and the right side feet end was 6 cm higher than the left side head end
It was like sleeping with ones head down a slope, multiple pillows addressed reflux but gave a sore neck

Awful. Disappointing. Inadequate. Overpriced
Cons:

Paid for parking, parking is not guaranteed. Refund takes 7-10 days???
Check in online available at 1030am, got to property to be told room not available until 2
Late check-out apparently impossible.
Two single beds pushed together which were different heights and sheet did not fit meaning sleep was very difficult.

Adequate for the price but not as good as it used to be.
Pros:

Good location. Comfortable bed. Nice bar area.

Cons:

Extra charge for parking.
Slow check in and then additional process via QR code to pay for the parking.
Supplied toiletries are not as good as they used to be and in my room at least, the body wash, shampoo and conditioner were all the same generic liquid soap.

Thought the menu was poor and the service very slow and felt like they didn’t really want to be there

Pros:

Conveniently located within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Facilities are well kept, all of the staff is friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable, shower is good, minibar well stocked.
