Quick getaway, would explore other options
Pros:

Great location. Convenient to access restaurants, theatre, etc. Relatively up to date in terms of decor. Parking was $35.00 per night which was decent.

Cons:

The hotel wasn’t very clean on this visit unfortunately. Stains on furniture, lifts not kept clean, etc. Breakfast was served cold - it was almost like they hadn’t planned on having that number of people for breakfast.

Expensive for an hotel on a building site.
Cons:

In the middle of a building site. Stung an extra $34 for overnight parking. Breakfast charge was too expensive for what is was.
