Pros:

The overall size was a little small but quite ok as I was alone. I did find that fact that there were no toiletry supplies a little strange. I had brought my own but was thinking that there would be some incase I needed them.

The staff were helpful. My room was spacious with everything I needed.

Cons:

Power point positions were not great. Need a powerpoint near the table for my laptop. Pillows were not to my liking.

A Special Stay in a Wonderful Hotel with Amazing Staff
Pros:

On arrival we received a warm, friendly welcome at reception and were assisted at the self service checkin by a lovely member of the reception team who throughout our stay was helpful, cheery and never let us pass the desk without a wave or a hello - a great start to our holiday.
We opted for a Deluxe Corner King room and the view was amazing! Our room was large, immaculately clean, comfortable and spacious with a huge super king size bed looking out at the fantastic city view. There is an environmental option to forego room cleaning/towel and linen changes every day and receive a $10 credit to use in the bar/restaurant, which is a great idea. We did this a couple of times and added it to our daily $25 room credit to enjoy a glass of wine each night.
We didn’t eat in the hotel, but had a drink in the bar each evening and found it to be a nice, chilled vibe with the option to sit inside or out on the wrap around veranda area. Staff were attentive, friendly and always happy to help/advise with drink choices.
This was our first visit to Australia with Melbourne being the beginning of our holiday and this wonderful hotel, with all the fantastic staff, made our stay very special.

Pros:

We had a fantastic stay and would happily return. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The hotel was clean, modern, and in a perfect location, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area.

Our room was wonderful. The restaurant staff were also very accommodating, and the room service was prompt, delicious, and reasonably priced.

Cons:

Nothing, we enjoyed it all.
