Pros:

Good location and toilet separate from the bathroom. The pool was enjoyable. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Friendly staff.

Cons:

No extractor fan in the toilet. No clothes drawers and limited space for clothes. The hotel provided two coffee sachets, two tea, two green tea, two hot chocolate. Too bad if there were two people in the room and they both wanted the same drink. They could do it once until the sachets were replenished. That's a bit cheap for a good priced hotel. The air conditioning was not easy to use.

Loved it!!
Pros:

Great position to the city entertainment and lovely atmosphere. Very clean rooms and friendly staff.
Room was large enough with an extremely comfortable bed!

Cons:

The speed of the elevator was extremely slow especially in the morning with everyone trying to exit the building.

Beautiful, easy hotel. Would absolutely stay here again.
Pros:

Loved the self-serve check in and check out! So easy and we even got into our rooms earlier than 3pm which was fantastic. Lobby is beautiful, location is great (perfect if you’re seeing a show at Her Majesty’s), rooms were clean and comfortable, great room service options and restaurant was great. I also love the $10 credit to not get housekeeping. Although I didn’t read the fine print that it doesn’t include the mini bar 🥲 but we got coffee instead so no issues there.

Cons:

The rooms were on the smaller side but totally fine if it’s just you (or you and a partner).
