Everything and more!!!
Pros:

Everything and more smooth check in and check out staff were friendly and helpful, the room was so beautiful and that breakfast was 10/10 definitely going to stay there again!

I cannot fault this hotel it was so perfect!!

The proximity to the theatre was exceptional

Cons:

The room was very basic standard for what they were charging, the room was also very small for the price and we were placed in the 13th floor which isn’t a big deal but didn’t sit well with us.

Good for a short stay, maybe not for longer period.
Pros:

Excellent location, super easy check in and out

Cons:

Tv was strange. No free to air channels and casting did not work at all. Just stuck using Samsung smart tv channels of the same shows repeated over and over. Prefer the ease of casting using Netflix etc in most modern hotels these days.

Cons:

When I called and spoke to someone about car parking, his attitude was that he couldn’t wait for me to get off the phone. Couldn’t care less about my question which is a shame because I like staying here

Pros:

My Fiance then turn Husband spent 3 nights here for our pre and post wedding stay. The room was beyond stunning and perfect for my bridal party and team to facilitate all my needs for my big day. The company was beyond helpful in the lead up as well as during our stay for not only just us but our guests and workers too. I can't express how I would never stay in the city for any other reason but am very sure that I will only ever stay at the Rydges hotel moving forward.

Forgettable experience by staff at an establishment in a great location & tops for cleanliness.
Pros:

Staff efficiency was TOTALLY lacking.
Reception staff gave us access to a room that was already occupied.
Later, room service took nearly 3 HOURS to arrive - and that was after several visits to the front desk because the message /phone system did not work.
Apparently the order was lost, then food was not available.
When the pizza arrived, it was cold.

Cons:

Staff effectiveness. Surely when you have a job to do, you do it properly.
And not blame others in the network for things going wrong.

Cons:

Room service over priced.
The food was not great - microwaved sandwich.
The parking validation ticket would be helpful if you could do that at self checkout so you don’t have to wait inline.
