Ein Wohlfühlhotel
Pros:

Hervorragender Service (sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, ohne laienhaft zu wirken). Ich hatte ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit Blick zum Park. Das Frühstück war hervorragend, das Restaurant ist für die Hotelgäste, entsprechend ist das Angebot, aber nicht zu kritisieren.

Cons:

Der Wellnessbereich (im Saunabereich war ich nicht) gehört modernisiert. Außer im Ruhezimmer gibt es fast keine Sitz-/Liegemöglichkeiten. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war etwas laut.

Prettig verblijf
Pros:

Het uitzicht over het water en de mogelijkheid de hele dag een boek te kunnen lezen in het restaurant. Personeel is steeds aanwezig. Aan voorzijde is een lobby met koffiemachine.

Cons:

Buiten zitgelegenheden waren karig. Wellicht buiten seizoen al waren er veel mensen.

Traumhaftes Grand Hotel in wunderbarem Park
Pros:

Das Parkhotel bietet einfach alles, was man von einem 5-Sterne Hotel erwartet. Freundlicher Empfang, tolle Grand Hotel Ausstattung, Parkplätze, wunderbares Frühstück in der Orangerie. Besonders schätzten wir in dieser Hitzewelle unser Zimmer mit Klima-Anlage und den Aussenpool.

“Cold welcome at the reception”…

Nice and great location

Cons:

It was a nice place, however the reception was not worthy of a 5 star hotel. I spoke to a female receptionist before I got to the hotel, she was very nice. But When I arrived at 10:30 PM, I was greeted by an older gentleman. He pulled out a piece of paper so I could write down my details and said the room was on the right.
I had just chosen the hotel because I knew there was a spa area etc. I was told nothing. No welcome or anything, just a "have you booked", and then shown to the room.
I had to go back down to him after I had put my things in the room because I didn't know what time breakfast was and where. The phone in the room didn't work. So I could have thought that you would have been welcomed a little better, and things would have been explained so that you feel welcome and want to come back. the next day there was a sweet and nice receptionist at the counter when I was checking out, and the waiter who greeted me at breakfast was also very smiling and service-minded. but unfortunately it was a bad first impression and not 5 star service upon arrival.

Sehr gutes Hotel, aber Achtung, nicht alle Zimmer haben eine Klimaanlage
Pros:

Das Hotel ist gepflegt und sauber. Zimmer könnte ne Renovierung vertragen (Riss im Waschbecken,Tapete im Bad merkwürdig wieder angeklebt), passte aber soweit alles

Cons:

Zimmer hatte keine Klimaanlage, an den Fenstern sind Aufkleber, dass man diese wegen Insekten nicht auflassen soll. Als Lösung wurde mir ein Ventilator vorgeschlagen.

Die Rechnung sollte auf den Arbeitgeber ausgestellt werden, dafür musste ich handschriftlich in einem Formular Namen und die Adresse eintragen etc. Was war beim Check-out natürlich nicht eingetragen… Mitarbeiterin beim Check-out war hervorragend, erlebt man selten so kompetent, nett und positiv in einem Hotel!

Die Lage im Bürgerpark

Cons:

Bei Ankunft war die Klimaanlage zu hoch eingestellt, eiskalt im Zimmer im Gegensatz zu der Hitze draußen und wegen Lautstärke mussten wir sie über Nacht ausschalten.
