O atendimento de toda a equipe é excepcional. O conforto da cama é uma coisa extraordinária. Os mimos e presentes que o hotel oferece são únicos e especiais. O hotel é histórico. Um patrimônio nacional muito bem preservado. Uma hospedagem pra ficar marcada pra sempre na memória. Tudo perfeito.

Cons:

Infelizmente a piscina estava em reforma. Houve um pequeno problema na fechadura da porta. Demorou um pouco mais do que o normal para resolver, mas a equipe foi bastante prestativa.

Muito mais especial do que imaginei.
Pros:

Uma experiência maravilhosa. Muito mais do que sonhei. Apesar do hotel estar passando por reforma isso não tirou o brilho do hotel. A equipe toda e maravilhosa, fez a estadia ser leve e especial. Voltei para casa encantada com esse Palácio chamado Belmont Copacabana Palace.

Pros:

Café da manhã bom, mas tinha uma expectativa maior por ser o Copacabana Palace.
Serviço de quarto excelente.
Equipe em geral, excelente.
Pena que a piscina estava em reforma e a do rooftop que estava disponível é bem pequena numa área apertada.

Cons:

Não gostamos muito do almoço no restaurante do hotel Achamos poucas opções e, o que pedimos, não estava à altura das nossas expectativas.
