La atención de todo el personal fue excepcional; nos hicieron sentir realmente especiales desde el primer momento. Cada detalle estuvo cuidadosamente pensado y fue simplemente encantador. ¡No queríamos irnos! Además, los desayunos fueron deliciosos y se convirtieron en uno de los mejores momentos de nuestra estadía.
Lo único que nos decepcionó fue que la piscina principal estuviera en remodelación, ya que no fuimos informados de ello antes de realizar la reserva. Fue lo que menos nos gustó, ya que es uno de los principales atractivos del hotel. Aunque la piscina disponible era agradable, al ser más pequeña se llenaba con facilidad, por lo que no pudimos disfrutarla como nos hubiera gustado.

Our stay at Copacabana Palace, A Belmond Hotel was elevated by the outstanding service we received from two members of the front desk team, Ulrich and Jessica. From the moment we arrived, they made check-in seamless and welcoming, and their attentiveness continued throughout our entire stay.
Ulrich was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to walk us through everything we needed to know about the hotel and the surrounding Copacabana area. Jessica was equally wonderful — warm, professional, and always quick to help with any request, big or small. Together they set the tone for what turned out to be a truly memorable stay.
It's rare to find this level of genuine hospitality, and it's clear both Ulrich and Jessica take real pride in their work. They are a credit to the Copacabana Palace team, and we hope hotel management recognizes them for the exceptional impression they left on us.
We'll definitely be back — and hope to see these two again.

My room was luxurious and beautifully appointed, complete with complimentary drinks and snacks that were a wonderful touch. To top it all off, a charming farewell gift upon departure left a lasting impression and made the experience truly memorable.
Without a doubt, this is the finest hotel stay I have ever had. I cannot recommend it highly enough and will absolutely be returning.
