Will never be coming back.
Cons:

Our stay was extremely disappointing from start to finish, especially considering how expensive this hotel is and the high-end experience it claims to offer.
When we first checked in, we were sent to an occupied room and walked in on ladies already staying there. We returned to reception expecting an apology, but instead the staff blamed housekeeping without taking any responsibility.
The room itself was also not what we expected. We had booked a room with a king bed, but it turned out to be two single beds pushed together at different heights. My husband and I couldn't sleep comfortably together because the beds didn't line up properly. For a hotel at this price point, this was unacceptable.
The hotel layout and elevators were also incredibly confusing. We were staying on Level 2 and went to the lift marked Level 2, only to discover we needed to take a different lift to Level 1, walk through another area, and then use yet another lift. This should have been explained by staff during check-in, but instead we had to rely on other guests to figure it out.
One evening, after returning late with our room key, we were stopped and questioned by the concierge about which room we were staying in. We were already carrying a valid room key, so the interaction felt unnecessary and made us feel like we were being treated with suspicion.
We also ordered a bottle of champagne through room service, but after waiting over an hour with no delivery, we eventually went downstairs and collected it ourselves.
The following morning, we had to make multiple trips to reception because the air conditioning wasn't working. To make matters worse, the room phone had also stopped working, so we couldn't even call for assistance.
Finally, I was surprised that the hotel didn't allow charges to be added to the room, which is a standard convenience at many hotels, especially those positioning themselves as luxury properties.

Estadia perfeita.
Pros:

A localização era perfeita, fazíamos tudo a pé. Café da manhã excelente. Equipe do hotel atenciosa e acessível. Quarto excelente, espaçoso, com vista incrível para o canal e para a estação central. Com certeza nos hospedaríamos novamente em alguma outra oportunidade que formos para Amsterdam. Hotel bem em frente a estação central, então também para viajar para outras cidades ao arredor era muito pratico. Recomendo muito.

Great location. Helpful staff and fantastic facilities.
We had a lovely meal in the Carsten restaurant and staff were also very helpful and enthusiastic in describing the menu.

Clean and comfortable. Great location
Pros:

When we arrived, our fatigued selves were thrilled to have the doormen run out to help carry our very heavy bags up the steps and take them to our room. We had some amazing fish and chips at the on-site restaurant and were literally close to all of the cool stuff to do in Amsterdam. My only complaints would be the pool being closed (which seems to always happen to us) and the shower drain being clogged. The latter was handled quickly by a call to maintenance. Would def stay there again.

Great staff, rubbish new systems.
Pros:

The staff were attentive and trying to be helpful.

Cons:

The app is useless. Not assigning rooms, cannot be used for the lift. Due to this I was left with the worst room available. No thought put in place to test app prior to releasing and asking people to use it.
