We arrived at the hotel to a very warm friendly greeting - the staff and the hotel were absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend- the only thing that let it down and stopped me giving 5 stars was house keeping- this area was extremely poor and it was a shame given how fantastic everything else was / however that would not stop us going back as everything else is close to perfect

It was amazing and the people who work there are really sweet. It was een amazing and beautiful experience. The view was beautiful. The room was amazing and the beds were really soft. The pool was really fun. And the breakfast was so so yummy.

Todo ! La ubicación, la atención, nos recibieron en la recepción en español un punto importante para nosotros !! El restaurante excelente !! La habitación cómoda, nos reponían cápsulas de café todos los días , toallas y si bien un día no vinieron a limpiar fue un detalle menor!

We had such a great experience. It was a little rough when we got here because somehow our reservation was not found due to the computer system glitching with our reservation. Fortunately we met with Saikat and Morena at the check-in desk. Saikat worked diligently to find our reservation. He set us up in the same room that we had booked a junior suite he made sure that we had a fantastic view right across the street from Grand Central Station. The location is perfect every day we walked a different direction and saw so many new things. I’m so grateful for the two mention above that checked us in and made this all possible. We had the best service. We also have been traveling for two weeks through Europe and this is the best shower bathroom and space we have had yet in our junior suite. Be prepared, all of the hotels here have a lot of stairs up and down because they converted old houses and mansions into hotels, but it gives it a lot of character and we have had a great time.

Abbiamo preso la suite, mi è piaciuta. Buona la colazione e la SPA. Wi-Fi senza problemi. Buona la pulizia e il riassetto giornaliero. Posizione perfetta in pieno centro a due passi dalla stazione centrale. Mi è piaciuta la gentilezza e la disponibilità dello staff
Unica pecca, l’ultima mattina qualcuno (spero dello staff) è entrato in stanza alle 7,40 nonostante l’indicazione esterna di non disturbare. Non sono chiare le ragioni di questo ingresso
