Very nice!
Pros:

Staff were very accommodating. Despite arriving very early in the morning, we were able to access our room for no extra cost. All staff friendly, attentive and helpful.
Room was large and beds comfortable.

Cons:

It's an expensive hotel, but you're paying for location and comfort - and lifts.

Very convenient location for public transport.
Pros:

Central location close to central railway station.
Very good cleaning staff (not often you can say that these days about a major hotel).
Very good buffet breakfast.

Cons:

Breakfast area fills up quickly on some days leading to waiting.
When asking about extending my stay at reception, was told they were booked out completely. Walked back to my room and booked online. Was just a single rude staff member.

The staff are amazing. Not good value for money.

It’s old and needs to be updated. The rooms are very basic and you can see chips and scratches on the furniture.
The housekeeping wasn’t great. The stains and hand prints on the bathroom door were there the first day we got there and still there when we left 4 days later.
No slippers or bathrobes in the room.
