Pros:

Very close to the train station. Easy to wall to a bunch of different restaurants in the area. Excellent bar next to the lobby.

Cons:

Uber pickup and drop off is not very convenient since they cannot do it right in front of the hotel.

Luxury Items Missing After Unexpected Housekeeping Visit
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel from July 18, 2026, to July 21, 2026, and unfortunately had a very upsetting experience.

On the night before our checkout, we packed all of our belongings. Before checking out, we left the hotel briefly to pick up a few things. During that time, housekeeping entered our room even though we had not requested housekeeping service. They removed the trash and left fresh towels.

After checking out, we discovered that several valuable personal belongings were missing, including:

* A brand-new Lady Dior bag
* Men’s Dior shoes
* A Gucci bag
* A Louis Vuitton item
* Some jewelry

This has been an incredibly stressful and disappointing experience. We trusted that our belongings would be safe in our room, especially when we had not requested housekeeping.

We immediately reported the incident and hope hotel management conducts a thorough investigation, including reviewing housekeeping records and security camera footage. We also hope they take this matter seriously and communicate transparently throughout the investigation.

Staff are amazing and helpful

Cosy spacious rooms and a comfortable bed

Cons:

Nothing not to like really, could do with the price being slightly lower but that’s just prices nowadays
