Peeling paint, old ratty desk chair, difficulty with room key on room entry, old bath/shower. No kleenex type tissue.

Very unclean. No hot water. Told the front desk and I was told to let it run for 10 minutes and it should warm up! Shows that the owner was aware of the water issue and was not concerned with fixing the issue. Had to check out and go to another hotel!
Room was towards the back, nice and quiet. It was very comfortable. Room was clean. Staff was exceptionally kind and courteous.
