Good value for the money, but the breakfast could really use some work.
Pros:

It was clean and the room were comfortable.

Cons:

The tv remote had wasn’t cooperating. The breakfast was awful. The food didn’t even taste real and gave me a stomach ache.

Excellent location by airport, prompt shuttle service to the hotel, clean facilities attentive staff
Pros:

I've stayed here many times when traveling by plane and it is good value for your money. Breakfast is good, there is coffee in the room, the AC works. The location and shuttle service are excellent. They allow you to park your car for $15.00 per week, a real bargain, as long as you have a reservation.

Cons:

It would be nice to have a night light in the bathroom rather than having to turn on all the bright lights when you have to use the facilities at night. The tub has rust stains which could be removed with the right cleanser.

I always stay here when I am flying out of Tucson. It is rught by airport snd there is a shuttle service to a d from. The beds are so comfy and the staff is pleasant.

For a king suite it was underwhelming

Cero capacitación en emergencias.

Se activó la alarma contra incendios a las 12 am y estuvo sonando más de una hora, al llamar a la recepción la señorita solo me dijo que estaban trabajando en ver que habia pasado, que no habia ninguna emergencia y me colgó. Había personas de la 3ra edad por fuera del hotel, nadie respondió a las preguntas y tampoco avisaron cuando era seguro regresar a la habitación, pésimo servicio. Se ve que el personal no está capacitado para una emergencia.

Musty dusty hot hotel

Close to the airport and casino
Easy access in and out of the hotel.

Cons:

The hotel was very hot except for the rooms but hallways were hot and smelled musty. The room with two double beds was too small of space and was not cleaned well at all. Ammenities were very limited to one shampoo only and had no wash clothes at all. Only one roll of toliet paper which was just half full on the roll. Thats it!
There was only enough Coffee for one person which i reserved for two people??? Tub and toliet were not clean. I love this place and was trully disapointed with the room this time.
Otherwise staff was really nice but i really didnt see much staff around except for the desk clerk .
