This is a very low budget stay.

You can see the deferred maintenance everywhere. The elevator was out of use there was garbage all over in the hallways. It wasn’t picked up during the evenings. The carpets are old. The breakfast was completely unhealthy and there was nothing prepared. Fix your own oatmeal and go with the white bread.

Great value, clean and comfortable, friendly staff, perfect location.
Pros:

Great value, comfortable size room, good room amenities (though could use a makeup mirror). Staff, especially Belle and Ivan, were very friendly and helpful. Perfect location to explore Louisville and Boulder. Easy Uber access. We woudl stay again.

The facilty overall was OK with a few oddities
THE good
Room size was decent. Loved the recliner.
Nice courtyard space, but could get loud at night
Security did address a creepy issue of people hanging out in the parking lot
Restaurants and grocery store nearby

The Bad
Only one elevator worked and it was a long walk to the accessible room someone in our group had.
Musty smell in my room. It is a Pet friendly hotel and as I did not get a cleaning for the 4 days the smell got more noticeable.
The older man at the front desk could be rude. I asked for a backup roll of toilet paper and some toiletries and you would think I was holding him up. This was before I knew they did not clean every day. They said every 3 days but at least one room in our group never got a cleaning.
