It was (and still is) absolutely maddening to have been belittled and literally blankly stared at for only wanting to pay for what I purchased, and not be the one to deal with the mistakes of staff.

After being double charged for my room, I am wondering why I even HAD to explain, very publicly - I will add - that I'm a single mom, and that my money is organized in a certain way that makes paying for anything other than what I purchased, virtually impossible.

To make matters worse; the staff member stared at ME for a solution to the problem. It escalated to me having a panic attack, paying for the staff's mistake, and being left stressing about how I'm going to replace the money all night. So no sleep. Sort of counterproductive - but no one there is worried about that, guaranteed.

I always wonder why certain people choose the hospitality route. It's just unfortunate when people in my situation are the ones that suffer.

Embarrassing, debasing, disappointing.
Expect more from yourself.

Staff was super friendly, facility is super well conserved and in very good shape. Good beds, size of the rooms is good and very well maintained.

All was great, nothing to improve just keep it up!

perfect location for all my needs. the lady who checked me in the other night was super sweet and helpful. smooth transaction. bed was comfortable. the ac was great.

Cons:

elevator was a bit sketchy lol but worked fine.

Pros:

Location. But others in area too

Cons:

Staff is weak. Used to be better. New untrained no personality in 3 new hires. Only place of the 3 next to it that changes parking.
Only one that also charges $75 deposit. Others only charge $50
Many repairs needed.
Last time I will stay there.
