Location
When we checked in we were told it was a cashless check in. Staff stated “it says it when your booking” NO WHERE WAS IT STATED!!! We used my husbands card, which was charged for the room then 2 other charges for $75
Good location, very comfy & spacious room. Breakfast was good but not over the top.
Room key wouldn't open the exterior doors or our room the 2nd day.
The place was great, breakfast was very good and staff was also very helpful. I would stay here again
Convenient to where I needed to go.
The staff, the breakfast, the rooms, the location
Just one washing machine and one dryer... It's OK.. but in the evening it's pretty hard to find a spot for washing ;)
In a nice, quiet area.
Ridiculous $5 charge to park. No nearby attractions that would tend to cause parking problems.
Check-in very slow.
Always clean, bed comfy
Always an upfront charge of 75 or 100 on card!
We were kept up all night by faulty fire alarms and sprinkler system whacked! All night it was going off no sleep until 2 am, had to travel at 6! Up front desk told us would get refunds for deposit and room, but we only got the deposit returned!
Terrible first room , toilet would not flush and had to go down to get a new room!
It was a bad stay!
Susan Boyd would love a refund as promised! Room 231!
Clennin a good price.
The fact that you have to pay five dollars to park is ridiculous!!
If it’s the Bill for a place to stay near the Denver International Airport.
One nice option as you can leave a car there for $7 a day while travelling and take the Shuttle to the airport
Clean enough but nothing impressive, a little bit worn but it works for an overnight before flying out out of DIA.
Bed was comfortable enough.
Walked into the lobby, was not greeted. It appeared someone was being trained to work the front desk, neither of the women responded to me when I walked up and said hello, they just continued talking to each other until I once again said I need to check in. No working fan in the bathroom. Online it said the room had a view, was a view of the street not the mountains. One lamp in the room didn't work, the landline phone was disconnected from the wall and I had to hold it into the wall to make a call. The showerhead is shorter than me and I am 5'7. I had to crouch to wash my hair and upper body. On top of that the fire alarm went off on Tuesday 6/9 at 9pm, a water pipe burst in the lobby over the sprinkler and flooded the lobby. We all went down to the lobby to find out what was going on and did not encounter a single staff member the entire time. Nobody called 911, fire and police were not alerted. It just so happened an officer was driving by the hotel about 10 minutes after the alarm started going off and he called it in. The fire department informed us that the alarms would be going off for hours as the water needed to drain off the sensor in the lobby. This entire time and thereafter there was zero communication from the staff. It was never addressed or apologized for. We lost 3 hours of sleep and had to leave the hotel because of the blaring alarms. The breakfast no matter what time you went down was almost always out. They do not prepare enough for the amount of people eating, extremely limited selection everyday: waffle, egg, sometimes sausage but was almost always out. Other than that there was stale bagels/toast and 2 choices of cereal.
