Très bel hôtel mais devrait revoir son isolation
Pros:

Le confort de la literie , la piscine avec vue sur la CN TOWER. Les serviettes changées tous les jours

Cons:

Très bien placé mais par contre très mal isolé car ayant une chambre donnant sur la rue , les soirées bruyantes des habitants se sont révélées assez dures à vivre pour dormir paisiblement

Decent hotel but noisy neighbours.
Pros:

The room was large and well furnished, but needed a refresh. Location with lake view was excellent but for the noisy venue next door. Cleaning staff very friendly and good. We were on a high floor and not bothered by noise from the building work.

Cons:

The hotel is next door to a restaurant and bar, both of which played loud music which went on till midnight. On one night the music was exceptionally loud (our room windows were actually vibrating) and went on till 2,00. We were not the only guests to complain to reception but there wasn't much the hotel could do.

Hotel sul fronte lago con camera confortevole e spaziosa. Molto facili gli spostamenti anche anche grazie alla linea di tram molto vicina all'hotel.

Cons:

La struttura comincia a sentire i segni dell'età.

Great location
Pros:

The location was excellent, right next to the wharf/harbour with easy access to walks along the waterside. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The house keeper was excellent, providing lots of towels for our stay.

Cons:

As a family of 5 we had 2 rooms. My parents were upgraded to a suite. Unfortunately the air conditioning was quite noisy. The receptionist offered ear plugs and a change of room but the alternative was a smaller room which would have been cramped for 3 people.
