Lakeside Beauty
Pros:

Beautiful accommodations, we were upgraded to waterfront which was a real bonus. Great walkability to many bars and restaurants. Clean, comfortable and well maintained. Helpful staff.

Cons:

Downtown Toronto hotel prices are so inflated then there is the fee for parking. Their underground parking is really the only option for convenience.

Nice, modern, and close to the pier.
Pros:

Nice, clean, modern, and everything in working condition. Coffee from the coffee pods were also good.

Cons:

I heard this clicking sound (similar to the sound of the room temperature controller when it is turning on the AC/heater) from 8-930am and it was hard to go back to sleep. I slept on the bed by the window side and heard the sound coming from there. It was clicking about every 2 minutes or so. Wasn’t sure what it was but was able to hear it with the sound machine on and ear phones in my ears. Our room was on the third floor so not sure if this was triggered by other things being turned on from the other rooms above or below. Luckily, the sound went away but not sure if it will happen again for future guests.

Perfect location to everything
Pros:

Location location location . Close to everything. Rogers centre , scotiabank arena , CN tower , shops and restaurants.

Cons:

Noisy neighbours in 306 that were loud until 2 am . Front desk did not notify me of the $100 deposit which was not a big deal but would have been nice telling me about it . But did tell me about the water station and free coffee in room

Veel geld verspilt aan een uitgeleefde kamer zonder de verwachte inrichting en uitzicht.

Zeer duur. De inrichting kwam niet overeen met de plaatjes. De meubels waren verouderd en versleten. De afzuiging in de douche was stuk. De vloer van de douche was gevaarlijk glad. De kamer was extra duur omdat het uitzicht op het water had. De kamer was echter op de eerste verdieping waardoor er geen vrij uitzicht op het water was. Er werd verbouwd in de kamers naast onze kamer waarover we pas bij aankomst werden geïnformeerd. Personeel waren snel pratende robots die niet naar je luisterden. Op mijn opmerking dat ik geen prettige verblijf had antwoordde de baliemedewerker ‘uitstekend!’

Watch out for being charged 2 payments
Pros:

Great location, facilities great,

Cons:

I had paid twice for my 2 night stay, 1500 CAD, on arrival and then charged again 1400 CAD on leaving, no way to get my money released, so in essence paid twice, and now home and hoping the second payment is returned, staff said they couldn't do anything, shambolic.

I contacted the manager and did not really seem to care.
Pros:

Location to baseball stadium

Cons:

The room description said lakefront. If you craned your neck out th window you could see the lake. The USB chargers were broke in the room. When we arrived they told me the credit card I paid with was not accepted. But they could not explain why. I didn’t have another one with me.
