Pros:

We liked the location and the room cleaner “Helena” was lovely she couldn’t be more helpful.

Cons:

The pool opening was seasonal and I was very disappointed that it wasn’t open at the end of May when we visited and nor was the sun deck they mentioned in the briefing on the hotel website.

Great location comfortable stay but no restaurant for evening.
Pros:

The bed and pillows were so comfy! Also the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

It said online that there was a rooftop restaurant with a casual vibe so I chose the hotel for this reason after a long haul flight. There was nothing in the hotel except for breakfast.

Würden das Hotel empfehlen, wenn Pool und Bar offen sind!
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage! Freundliches Personal, vor allem beim Frühstücken , breite Auswahl !Hotel liegt wunderschön am Hafen und man ist schnell am Bahnhof , Innenstadt, CN Tower etc.

Cons:

Leider gab es keine Vorwarnung, dass der Pool noch geschlossen ist auch die Bar geschlossen und zusätzlich tagsüber Bauarbeiten. Zwar Upgrade in höhere Etage erhalten aber auch Reinigung 1x vergessen fürs Zimmer.

Pros:

We were fortunate to book this hotel 6 months ago and hot a great rate. We were in Toronto to attend the Bruno Mars concert. We made an error and thought the concert was at the Roger's Center 4 minutes away when it was actually at the Rogers Stadium 45 minutes to an hour away. No problem.. the great location of this hotel made getting there super easy. The tran was right in front of the hotel. Very direct. It is on the water front with tons of restaurants right there. We also got a room upgrade which was a larger room..higher floor...fireplace and a bathroom with a tub and shower. Would love to stay here again. Also felt parking was reasonable for a city like Toronto.
