Perfekte Lage und sehr freundliches Personal. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Auch das kleine Café im Haus ist sehr schön.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und hatte ein tolles Badezimmer. Sehr modern und groß. Die Lage des Hotels war super und für uns perfekt.

Cons:

Leider war der Pool noch nicht geöffnet, obwohl wir durchaus hohe Temperaturen hatten.

Bien situé par rapport à la ville. Bon petit déjeuner avec chouette vue sur le plan d’eau.

Cons:

Rien en particulier, sauf les vitres qui n’isolaient peut-être pas assez du bruit des gens qui parlaient ( fort) dans la rue. Mais la nuit était calme .

Toll gelegenes Hotel am Lake Ontario und dem CN-Tower mit klasse Restaurants nebenan
Pros:

Das Hotel ist toll gelegen. Nicht unbedingt mitten im Stadtzentrum (welches aber schnell zu erreichen ist), aber direkt am Lake Ontario, was einfach fantastisch ist. Morgens auf den Liegestühlen auf dem kleinen Strand neben dem Hotel zu chillen, einfach traumhaft. Außerdem ist der CN-Tower einen Katzensprung entfernt und selbst die Fähre zu den Toronto-Islands ist nur wenige Minuten mit dem Rad oder der Metro entfernt. Öffentliche Rad-Station (sehr zu empfehlen) und Metro übrigens direkt neben dem Hotel.

Cons:

Das Hotel war schon recht teuer.

Great place
Pros:

The location is perfect. Our room overlooked the harbor which was fun and beautiful.

Cons:

The parking garage situation was a bit frightening. Our room view was beautiful but the noise until 2:30 am was hard to deal with

Lovely stay at city hotel
Pros:

A very clean hotel with friendly staff. The room was large with a comfortable bed and lots of towels. Located on the waterfront and not far from the CN Tower. Our view was a city view which was very pleasant. Breakfasts had quite a choice and were delicious.

Cons:

No blackout curtains. We only stayed 2 nights, but the wardrobe was very small and there was only one bathrobe/slippers provided.

The front staff will gaslight you rather than own up to their mistake.
Pros:

Excellent location and good rooms.

Cons:

I requested and was approved for early check-in three days before my stay at the hotel. When I arrived at the hotel for the early check-in, I was told that they had already sold out early check-in and therefore it was no longer available to me.
This meant I now had to wait 5 hours for the regular check-in despite them having told me that I had been granted early check-in. Instead of owning up to their mistake, the front staff chose to gaslight me, claiming that the email that said "Congratulations! You have been awarded your requested early check-in." Did not actually mean that I was guaranteed early check-in, but it was up to their discretion when I arrive at the hotel.

I don't know how we are meant to plan for the arrival at this hotel, seeing how it is completely up to them when you check-in, regardless if you've been told by the hotel that you have been granted early check-in or not.
