We arrived late due to train delays and wished we had stayed longer. Would thoroughly recommend 👍

Location and views from room were fantastic. Walking distance from Union Station. Rooms huge, clean and spacious, good bathrooms and showers.

Idéalement placé pour les activités touristiques (ainsi que le business manifestement mais je n'étais pas là pour le business)

Cons:

Les travaux de réfection des niveaux de parking souterrains générent des bruits dans les heures de jour mais l'hôtel avertit bien les clients de cet inconvénient temporaire.

Great lakeside location and easy to get to from Union station. Pretty expensive.
Pros:

Location. Very comfortable bed.

Cons:

Coffee maker didn’t work properly. Hairdryer was broken ( was replaced by housekeeping ) . No music channel on tv and couldn’t access Netflix or other streaming platforms.

There is no right hand turn into hotel. Have to go around and straight down Rees.
Parking garage narrow. Not everyone respects the lights.
