Good value and a great room
Pros:

The breakfast was the usual fare. Omelets, potatoes & sausage, but it was hot and fresh. The handicapped shower was excellent; the removable shower head with adjustable spray felt good.

Cons:

I didn't care for the make-believe closet for the handicapped. The pull-down shade looked cheap, while the rest of the furniture looked great. Perhaps a short Armour to facilitate hanging shirts, etc. Also, the pillows were too soft for my liking.

Unplanned stay that reduced our anxiety.
Pros:

Had to stay in an emergency situation following storm that caused major damage and power outages at home. The booking went through without issues as many people were trying to get the limited availability on the market. Arrived and was told of delay due to the storm but they called to staff and accelerated cleaning of vacated rooms to accommodate us. I want to call out the efforts by Starr and Sylvia who went above and beyond!

Great stay
Pros:

The free breakfast and comfortable beds. That they allowed pets and I could book online but pay at the hotel.
