Sufficient parking space at location, very late check-in (after midnight) totally uncomplicated, excellent breakfast (not really cheap but totally worth the extra cost), friendly staff

The staff was extremely nice and helpful.
The room was spotless, quiet and convenient.
Breakfast was excellent (not included).
Great location!
And there was someone at the desk when we arrived around midnight.
