Super close to interstate and local dining options
Water pressure was horrific and staff could have been friendlier. No additional information given on where room or amenities was located, emergency exits, etc. Room was extremely hot went entering.
I liked it was close to airport. Many places to eat nearby.
The Curtains allowed light to shine in from the lights outside the hotel making it hard to sleep.I told someone nothing. Before there were Curtain I could close to shut out light and could see everything through curtains car light etc. I stayed another day for appointment and wanted to stay in same room not to move my bags. I told them by email and told up front I wanted to stay finally going upfront on day that I stayed longer then they said was fine to stay in same room.

The bed bugs, lack of urgency, lack of communication from Josh the manager, and the fact that he deleted my review.
I liked how clean everything was and the breakfast
When I tried the check in, the manager was quite rude to the gentleman who was helping me. He was having a hard time with the computer system. I understand it was late and he was probably a newer employee, but it was uncomfortable watching him get reprimanded right in front of me by his manager. I would just say to talk to him in private, not right in front of the customer.

Shower water took a long time to get hot and the bathroom had a lingering smell everytime you flushed the toilet even if it was empty or ran water
