Clean
The desk was unhelpful. Given incomplete information and no followup when promised. Had to dress and go back to the desk for an answer. When we tried by the phone, the puck up was "what?". When I paused and said, ", is this the front desk?" they said, "oh, yeah". I was trying to find out about a shuttle to the airport. We finally after two hours of trying to get any information, set up an Uber for morning pick up.

Coffee maker didn’t work, but was quickly replaced. Refrigerator didn’t work, but I didn’t need it.

I keeps hearing a noise in the unit like something ticking and It bothers me while sleeping, the coffee maker is not clean and they didn’t provide any water bottles for my stay and that’s disappointing

Dirty / smelly and not very well maintained, breakfast was cold coffee and tea were cold.
Location to airport was great.
Checked in and was given room keys. Got to room door was open and room not cleaned. Went back down to desk and was told they would get someone to clean it. We went to dinner and when we came back went to the room. Keys did not work so my husband went back down only to find out they had reassigned us to another room. Went to that room and it was clean but when I went to take a shower there was no body wash in the container. Glad I had some additional soap with me. Also, only one set of bath items. Had to go back to front seat to get additional towels etc.
Only 2 exits to GSP airport!
