Perfecte ligging in centrum

Locatie was voor ons perfect. Midden in het centrum.

Cons:

De openingstijden van de bar na concert/festival. Hotel had veel gasten voor dit evenement, maar konden daarna niet meer terecht in de bar. Als de bar wel open is, is er geen personeel wat drankjes van de kaart kan maken. Cocktails van de kaart kunnen dus niet gemaakt worden. De brasserie, waar wij een diner wilde eten, was helemaal gesloten. Dit was tijdens ons hele verblijf. (3 dagen).

Die Betten waren super und auch das man kurzfristig das Frühstück zu buchen konnte. Die Lage direkt am alten Markt ist auch perfekt.

Keine infomappe, Abfluss verstopft, kein Begrüßungsgetränk am Zimmer , kein Kühlschrank und Parkgebühr für Kunden überzogen.

Pros:

Die Lage war ideal für Konzertbesuche. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl in dem Hotel

Cons:

Eigentlich nichts bis auf zwei Fußabdrücke im Badezimmer von Arbeitsschuhen. Neben dem Zimmer war eine Baustelle zwecks Renovierungsarbeiten. Vielleicht hing das mit dem zusammen. Im Badezimmer das eigentlich hygienisch sein sollte, darf sowas nicht vorkommen.

Pros:

Das Rezeptionsteam arbeitet kompetent, geduldig und sehr freundlich sowie effizient und schnell. Die Innenstadtlage ist akustisch überraschend ruhig. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut und steht bereits ab 06:30 Uhr zur Verfügung. Die Zimmerausstattung ist gut. Die Zimmergröße des EInzelzimmers ist ausreichend bemessen. Die umliegenden Innenstadt-Parkhäuser befinden sich 5 Gehminuten bzw. nur 150 m entfernt, haben nach 20:00 Uhr ausreichend freie Stellplätze und bieten preiswerte Nachttarife an.

Cons:

Im Zimmer könnte eine zusätzliche helle Deckenleuchte die Beleuchtung verbessern.

Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel in Dortmund war leider sehr enttäuschend. Während der Nacht war etwa alle 15 Minuten ein störendes Summen zu hören. Die damit verbundenen Vibrationen waren sogar im Bett spürbar. Dadurch konnte ich die ganze Nacht nicht schlafen.

Für den gezahlten Preis war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr schlecht. Eine ruhige Nacht sollte man in einem Hotel erwarten können.
