Hotel bom para conhecer Bilbao
Pros:

O hotel é bem confortável.

Cons:

Tanto o preço do estacionamento como o do pequeno-almoço são muito altos. O preço acaba por te levar a sair para comer fora, não dá nem pra ficar na dúvida

Beautiful inviting modern hotel in the center of Bilbao
Pros:

Room was spacious, bed were large and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty. Our kid received a small chocolate gift with a famous flower dog of the Guggenheim museum and a air ballon. It was a nice surprise.

Cons:

We liked everything, would stay again if we travel to Bilbao.

Pros:

De receptionisten zijn heel behulpzaam en hebben goede (restaurant)tips! De mensen bij het ontbijt zijn ook erg goed.

Ruime kamers! Met afgescheiden toilet.

Cons:

De douche die in het bad zit heeft geen harde straal.

Het oude centrum is op loopafstand, maar dat is wel even lopen (meer dat je dit weet). Guggenheim en Atletico erg dichtbij.

Pros:

Personal super atento, paciente y profesional. Viajamos con un niño y tuvieron muchos detalles (cuna, toalla para bebe, juegos, bañera de bebe, trona,…). Muy simpaticos con el niño. Sin duda un hotel al que volvere en familia en mis proximos viajes a Bilbao.

Not sufficient air conditioning in hot city.
Pros:

Location close to Intermodal Bus Station and walking distance to Old Town. Easy process of checking in and out. High quality of breakfast, wide choice of various dishes.

Cons:

Not sufficient air conditioning. Temperature after coming back from the city around 30 degrees in the room, during night around 25-26. Not possible to fell into sleep. After two nights of our stay in your hotel we felt completely devastated. Not possible to take rest in such conditions. The temperature in the corridors was even worse. Only good level was at the reception and then in the breakfast area.

El hotel superó por completo mis expectativas, nos hicieron la estancia muy comoda y acogedora. Todo el personal encantador y muy atento, tanto en recepción como en el desayuno, que por cierto muy variado y riquísimo todo. Sin duda volvería a repetir.
