Excellent et reposant
Pros:

Personnel très professionnel et arrangeant. Emplacement idéal proche station de métro et tramway. Station de taxi à moins de 100m et arrêts de bus en face. Chambre et environnement direct calme, malgré un axe passant.
Nous avons eu un problème de douche (pas de pression) -->Problème de douche annoncé, aussitôt traité. Très efficace.

Posizione perfetta per visitare a piedi la città: in pochi minuti di passeggiata si raggiunge il centro storico così come il museo Guggenheim. Camera spaziosa e pulita, dotata di tutti i comfort. Ci hanno prenotato un taxi per l'aeroporto alle 6 del mattino e c'era a disposizione una piccola area di complementary breakfast dalle 5.30. Molto apprezzata! Seppur breve abbiamo gradito molto il nostro soggiorno qui e lo consigliamo a tutti.

Fair value for money!
Pros:

Very good location, nice and helpful staff and spacious rooms.

Cons:

Shower water temperature was inconsistent making it very annoying to shower in either boiling or cold water. Also not the best water pressure.
