Pros:

Ideally located at the center of Bilbao at a point you can visit a lot of points of interest on foot. There is a parking, not always available.
The breakfast is excellent. Book a room with breakfast included.

Bona experiència. Hotel molt recomanable
Pros:

Hotal al que ja havíem estat l'any passat i coneixíem la seva qualitat. L'experiència ha sigut tant bona com la anterior i sense cap aspecte negatiu a destacar. Es un hotel molt recomanable i al que tornaríem en cas de anarnovament a Bilbao.

Cons:

L'aparcament del propi hotel és incòmode i car en comparació a l'aparcament proper de Euskalduna que ofereix abonament molt més econòmics per una estada una mica llarga.

Nice place to explore the town from and handy for the ferry
Pros:

Nice quiet airy rooms and and a good front desk.

Cons:

Public car parking nearby was quite expensive especially as we were on motorbikes.

Good location in the heart of Bilbao
Pros:

The room was bigger than normal and I liked the double sinks in the bathroom.

Cons:

The floor was ripped in places and you could see the underfloor. It was not a safety hazard but it should be fixed. Also the AC did not cool our room very well. It was stuffy at night.

Hôtel bien placé.

Cons:

Parking complet même si arrivée à 15h30! Heureusement un parking public est à 5mns à côté et moins cher.
Attente de 15 minutes pour faire le check-out car un seul réceptionniste quand tout l hôtel s en va.
Salle de petits déjeuner très bruyante.

Обязательно сделать ремонт, побелить стены, добавить декора.
Pros:

У отеля хорошее расположение. Персонал был вежлив и готов помочь. Очень хороший завтрак с большим выбором блюд. До Музея Гуггенхайма 15 минут пешком. До центра города примерно столько же быстрым шагом. Есть автобусы, вокруг куча классных магазинов для хорошего шоппинга.

Cons:

Отелю нужен ремонт. Нас засели сначала в номер, где пахло сыростью, а стены были в подтеках и пол местами вздыблен, как после затопления; я прикрепила фото ниже. Я сразу попросила другой номер, и нам без проблем его заменили. Считаю, что отель 4 звезды стоимостью 200 евро в сутки (без учета стоимости парковки) сдавать такое в принципе не должен. Новый номер был визуальнее свежее, но все равно видно, что здесь давно не делали ремонт. И в целом номер был неуютным, стерильным что ли.

Парковка стоила 28 евро в сутки, что, на мой взгляд, довольно дорого. С учетом того, что рядом с отелем невозможно припарковать машину, никакого другого выбора у нас не было.
